Fun good location. Room was clean . And it was roomy. I have stayed there a couple of times.

I didn’t appreciate the front desk taking my request for additional toiletries and NOT forwarding it on to the appropriate employees. I waited over an hour for my request to be handled and it wasn’t.

Convenient location to walk to Disneyland. The staff were excellent and the facilities were clean.

After walking all day in the parks, it feels like a trek to get back to the room. It would be great if they add a shuttle.

Disneyland stay

Super close to Disney, very friendly staff, nice hot breakfast, buzzing pool area, large penthouse upstairs area with great views. Also the parking garage was large and spaces big enough for our car.

The finishes were outdated but this is standard for most hotels in Anaheim. Didn’t affect the comfort or standard of the hotel

I did not like the 12 hr wait for TP. Asked for: towels and TP. Expected a pile left on the bed maybe with a couple rolls of TP Came back late to all fresh towels, dirty pile removed and also all trash cleaned and removed but zero TP. So I call back down and ask for more just mentioned the super kind housekeeper must have for got…..30 Min later I call again and try to be humble and kindly beg for answers on access to TP to lighten my having to even ask for a 3rd time after my 1st night of a five night stay with 6 females in the room. I just laughed and told the guy he will probably receive another call in the next few days for that reason. He was just as surprised we did not receive the request, but hey messages get messed up. TP made its way to us asap. We all had a fun story and no upsets.

This is my go to hotel when visiting Disneyland. I love the price and distance from the park. Staff are always very friendly, and the free breakfast is a nice start to an otherwise expensive day.

Great location to walk to Disneyland, great Customer Setcice, rooms where quiet, offered an upgrade discount which I did take. Good court right next door, complimentary breakfast included many choices to choose from. It was the best one yet from hotels I’ve stayed in .

Locatio, comfort, and staff were top-notch!

Well first off, I called when we were delayed and said we would be arriving late and they set up our room for us before we even arrived with two cribs for our twin boys, that allowed us to easily get our little ones tucked in for the night. The beds and pillows were comfy, the step down living room for the kids was a great separation of space. Everything was clean and in great condition (recent remodel?). The shower had endless hot water and terrific water pressure. Our room was super quiet-we never heard a sound from anyone, even with breakfast buffet being directly above us we never heard a single foot step! The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the multitude of staff really bustled around keeping everything stocked and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They watched our bags for us and told where we could park at 1:30 am. The walk to Disneyland was quick and easy at 0.7 miles away. I have stayed at a multitude of places in Anaheim, and for all the reasons listed about, it was the Best by far. We are planning another trip soon and definitely plan on staying at the Desert Palm again? If I could give it more than 10 stars I would do so!

Need to go lids for coffee at the breakfast buffet, and I would have loved a big pot of hot oatmeal with toppings, the instant stuff is terrible! . And that’s about it!!

It was a great stay. This is the second time I am staying with my family. Friendly staff . Breakfast is the same for all 3 mornings except different style of eggs. Comfortable and clean beds.

Breakfast was very good and staff were very kind and professional. Great location and liked on same street as Disney. Liked the jacuzzi. Like table to eat in room.

I didn't like our window right next to 7-11 and could here the camera speaker at night and the loud cars going by. A/C unit located in the back so harder to circulate the room. Didn't like how the parking fee wasn't clearly stated when booking. Rooms didn't have kleenex only toilet paper.
