It was close to the Toy Story parking lot

There was carpet in the room that looked old and dirty. The sink would not drain. The TV had sound no picture.

Location and basic needs met for the most part. Comfortablity and extras could have been better and previous stays here

It was close to the parks and walking distance as well. Fast check in. Fridge had a freezer compartment which was fantastic.

Was in a room where the ice machine outside would make ice every 2-5 minutes all night long and it was loud. Not able to get good sleep due to the constant machine noise. Too tired to go complain about room and have to wait for new room as well. Room also smelled bad, brought own air freshener so was able to fix that. Breakfast options were poor and not worth even eating, ended up eating breakfast else where.

It’s a convenient place to stay with everything you need.

The hot tub was working, and the property was conveniently located. It was clean and had everything you might need.

The breakfasts were skimpy on options with powdered eggs. Also, the rooms didn’t have any tables or safety rails in the shower.

I checked in on Monday and checked out on Friday morning room service really does suck. It was so hard to request clean

I like that it was only like a five minute walk to the convention center some of the staff was really attentive The gift shop lady is amazingly good service breakfast was good.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have enough room service. It was like every other day. I stayed there a week to get toilet paper and towels was really hard. They were supposed to do a full service cleanup on Wednesday and it wasn’t clean, right some staff didn’t even help. They were too busy I guess looking at the computer

High priced and poor quality, look elsewhere

It’s disappointing that hotels of this lower tier quality can charge high prices like this while adding no value to someone’s stay. The rooms were dirty and uncomfortable: hair all over the shower, our front room smelled of mildew / mold, the fan for the AC unit in the sleeping area squeaked whenever it was on, and the pillows were terrible quality. Upon checking in I asked the front desk staff if there was a free shuttle and was told no, it is paid and had to be booked using the poster in the lobby. She didn’t tell me the free Toy Story shuttle was only a block further than the paid shuttle (which I already bought). There are so many better options available in this area, even if you have to spend a little extra, it’s worth it. Why spend so much on a trip to Disney to be uncomfortable with your stay.

You get what you pay for. Spend a few extra dollars and say somewhere else.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious. Breakfast was fine. The overall facility was fine.

The couch was dirty and smelled. We weren't able to use the couch for sitting. Our biggest complaint was the smell of urine throughout the room. It was horrible. We imagine it was saturated in the carpet. We were also surprised that our towels were not changed each day. We won't be staying here again.

Good location

The location of the hotel was really good as it's only a 20 minutes walk to Disney. Shops and restaurants are close by and easy to walk to as well as driving.

The hotel had no water facility from 9am to 6pm for the two days we stayed at the hotel. So that meant we could not stay in the hotel to relax and use the bathroom or any water. They also did not provide room service as this was done every 3 days which meant the room was not cleaned.

Our stay was worry-free and easy.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were so helpful with my early check in and late check out. Breakfast was pretty good too. There was something for everything. Pool area was nice. Our executive suite was the perfect size for our party of 6!

A bed to sleep on not much else.

Walking distance from Disneyland.

Dirty room, blood stain on a pillow, toenails on the floor, long wait at an empty check in desk, before being rudely spoken to with no eye contact. Paid parking for a lot that is full after noon. 6 channels on the TV and TV is altered so you can't bring a streaming device or any other device. Really bad breakfast unless you want raisin bran, and terrible flat pillows.

Great budget stay for a great price!

Super clean, the guy at reception who checked us in at night was very friendly. Everything was smooth sailing. The room was very big and very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (lots of brown coloured foods lol - pancakes, eggs, bread, bagels, cereal etc). Perfect for carb loading before Disneyland! 20 ish minute walk to Disneyland and lots of restaurants, coffee and a CVS nearby.

Wish there was more parking available. We had to park in the basement and take the lift which took us into the Hyatt and then had to walk on over.

Front desk person Joy was very rude, they never came clean room, had to be asking cleaning crew to get toilette paper and towels since front desk lady hanged up on me twice, room smelled like urine, beds I do not think are queen size, mattresses are DIRTY!!! breakfast is ridiculous they might as well not offer any that picture they show is VERY deceieving.

The sofa bed wasn't confortable. Mattress is old, to much use. We went there 2 years ago to the same room, nothing change. Breakfast was better other time I went and now parking isn't include.
