I think the overall experience was great.

Very affordable, ans super kind staff. They let us keep our bags there all day while at Disney and the parking fee was cheaper than Disney, and the Inn is only a 15 minute walk to Disney. Clean towels and soap were provided, there's a mini fridge. With the affordability and just wanting to go to Disney, I think the overall experience was great and made my time at Disney enjoyable. The staff was very supportive in that.

The bathroom felt cramped with the way the door opens into it. And perhaps there could be 2 night stands instead of just one.

Priyanka at the front desk was very sweet, courteous and went above and beyond. The rooms are ok, spacious and clean, close (walking distance) to the theme parks. Parking was easy.

It was ideal for what we were looking for.

Location is excellent for the Disney parks, and there are a few good local restaurants in walking distance as well.

There was a couple of things that were melted in our room, such as the toilet seat, units and hair dryer was so melted it wasn’t working, also the room did not come with a safe, so opted to carry our valuables around with us.

we had a great day, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Really couldn’t ask for anything more.

The room was simple and clean. They had a fridge and microwave, which was convenient. They were able to accommodate a first floor room for me. The man at the front desk was very kind.

The one thing I didn’t like about the property was that it said parking was included. However, once you check out, you have to pay for parking. we checked in the evening the night before and left basically 24 hours later. I feel that the parking should’ve been included If we were trying to park there for an extra day I would understand them charging for parking. I’ve stayed at many of the ends around the area and they do not make you pay for parking once you check out, as long as you leave the same day.

Really hard bed.

The room was conviently located close to Disneyland. The room was clean. Parking was close to the room.

The bed was SO hard that I didn't get much sleep. And a long day at Disneyland the next day without much sleep was pretty miserable. For that reason, I wouldn't stay there again.

Decent stay close to the Parks

This place is a perfect walking distance to Disneyland. The staff was super friendly, and nice to talk with. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy.

The only downside I would say is parking is kind of tight but that's not even that bad considering parking issues in the area.

I loved the customer service and that is a nice walk to downtown Disney. I would stay at this place again every time I visit Disneyland.

Great location and staff but the rooms and walls could use some TLC.

The location was amazing and the staff were great!

We could hear the people talk in the room next to ours - very thin walls/connecting doors. All hotels in Anaheim are expensive, so it’s hard to comment on the value. The beds were okay. We barely spent anytime in the room, so it worked for this trip.

The air conditioner is too noisy and there is no way to adjust the temperature You can check in at two o'clock, but it hasn't been cleaned at all We have a lot of luggage and hope to live on the 1st floor, but they told us that the 1st floor is full. When we looked at the 1st floor, it was obviously empty. The room does not even have a bottle of water in the public area, nor does it provide boiled water very bad accommodation experience

mismanaged booking and mismanaged stay

the place was not clean for the money charged. There some issue with the booking. even though we were 3 family member, booking.com allowed to book single twin-bed room. on the last night when we came back from Disneyland to hotel room the key didn’t work including master key. it took half an hour for the staff to figure out how to open the door
