My main complaint with all hotels is that pets are allowed in any room. I totally understand that the new need for some people to have pets with them is a thing, but many of us have allergies and we have to travel medicated, which I find discourteous.

The vinyl floors were nice in the rooms but hadn’t been mopped prior to our arrival and had asked that they be cleaned and never had anyone do so. We had two rooms and neither had been mopped.

It was ok.

Spacious bedroom but cramped in dining living area.

We booked a 3 bed room for 5 people. And when we arrived they gave us a king suite for 5 people and said when you book on booking. Com they don’t guarantee you get the same room you booked. She then acted like she was doing me a favor when she found my correct room after we came back from the incorrect room.

Great location great staff

The staff is great , but we stayed during the current renovation process. Not a good idea our room had a flood so did the whole floor. Bed was uncomfortable and mattress was worn out! A/c was not working and our carpet along the bed and window was soaked . The staff first offered to dry the carpet with fans but soon after the toilet was clogged up and we were offered a new remodeled room on the upper floor. Way better , upgraded bed and a/c was blowing cold !!!

Appeared to be newly renovated.

Hotel manager and male maintenance staff entered our room WITHOUT consent while my minor teenage daughters were alone and after my daughters told them they could not come in. The AC unit was leaking and they wanted to fix it but refused to wait for me and my husband to return. Highly inappropriate and illegal behavior. It was not an emergency that couldn’t wait. Just needed to turn the unit off and wait for parents to return. Then the following day while showering the shower leaked through the wall and was pouring water out into the living room.

Booked this hotel literally as a base to sleep while exploring the local area for the beginning of our trip. Thought the Starbucks on site was a great idea to grab breakfast for beginning of our travels until I found it is now closed! On travelling around California for 2 weeks staying in over 10 hotels this was one of only 2 hotels where I had to pay for parking; the other was San Francisco where it was valet and security 24/7. Went for breakfast 1 morning which was nice and server was great, but the bill….$100 for 3 adults and 1 child was very steep we even eat in LA, Hollywood and Universal for cheaper.

It was our worst hotel/motel stay even compared to cheap motels.

There was not much to like. Expected so much more staying at a hotel VS a motel but it wasn’t worth the money!

Construction so loud we had to move rooms. Then I was sick with stomach problems and our water was turned off without notice all day and I couldn’t use the bathroom so I had to go to another random room for the day just to have running water. We should receive our money back for this horrible experience.

Nice rooms and location. Jose in the bar is a great asset for that hotel.

We loved it. Can’t wait to go back.

La la loooved this hotel. There are recently renovated rooms that were a surcharge of course, but completely worth it in my opinion. Perfect room for families, spacious rooms with jack and Jill bathroom doors. Rooms don’t have microwave but there is a microwave on every floor in the ice machine room. Our room had a clear view of the firework show from Disney at night and we also had a lot of shopping walking distance. Shuttle bus walking distance from hotel that takes you to the park for a surcharge. Bus came every 30 minutes, completely worth it. Dropped us off right by the check point so we didn’t have to walk much, again, totally worth it. We were comped breakfast for my family of 5, and that alone is why I’m coming back. The breakfast was fantastic.

The pool! It’s nice and beautiful but it’s located at the front end of the property so the sunlight was cut out 100% by 2 pm. That may be preferred by most on a hot day but it was a little bit of a bummer.

Location was great. Pool area was maintained well. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hall was smelled like animal urine. The parking is in the back but you have to walk clear to the front for an elevator. We didn’t have an office chair and had to call for one. The main coffee table appeared to be a piano bench.

The location was convenient.

The restaurant was overpriced and the only dining option since there was no complimentary breakfast. We went from this hotel directly to a Springhill Suites by Marriott in Corona, CA, which had a complimentary breakfast and the room was much more comfortable.

Long Weekend

I like the property. I've stayed here a few times and I got great services, but this time we had a problem with Booking & Marriott and how much they covered per-person on breakfast with our rooms. We weren't told that Marriott only cover 4 people per a room for breakfast and I had paid for 6 people in each room for breakfast. It's more of miscommunication on both ends and us customers having to deal with it. Booking wasn't much help and hung up on me on my second call back. Disappointed is how I would describe my thoughts. And now Marriott won't return my insurance deposit for some reason as well. 😑 But there's some stuff that I'd wished for the Marriott to fix, like our room shower knob its hard to turn it correctly to the right temperature. Almost got burned.😡 Or the smell of rotten eggs on the 1st floor public restrooms.🤢 I can go on, but it does not change anything because I made my choice to stay here. 😪 There won't be a next time. No wonder it was such a good deal. It's too good to be true. 😔

Good value for comfortable mattresses and a nice size suite. I would stay again.

Very comfortable mattresses, slept like a baby. The rooms are spacious. The separate bedrooms from the living space is nice. I like a double entry to the bathroom. The heating and cooling system also has a fan setting to have the white noise. Great sized, heated pool with long hours for soaking after a day at the beach or Disney parks. (Our outlet for the bathroom didn’t work at all and maintenance couldn’t fix it either. So doing our hair was at the desk but that was a larger counter space for hair supplies. That small issue isn’t a deal breaker.) Overall good size room and space for the value.
