Good Hotel for a short stay to go to an Amusment Park nearby

Clean room with big bathroom, free parking, good location near a Knott Berry Farm, and lots of shopping options nearby.

Outstanding!

It was secluded and yet so close to restaurants and stores. Ideal for shopping or picking things up. It was great not having to deal with the tourist parking and no crowds!!

The bathrooms in the rooms they changed were broken, and I was moving from one room to another. In the last room I was in, the bed made a lot of noise; it's an old bed. They need to check all the rooms.

Convenient , centrally located to attractions and freeways. Felt safe coming in late.

The elevator malfunctioned upon arrival. Skipped the floor we were staying on. . It was fixed the next day.

The hot water for the shower didn’t wok properly. Water changed from cold to hot suddenly. The AC also didn’t wok well. Temp would stay hot and failed to keep the set value

Great location for Disney

The room was lovely, had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception which was nice after a long day and coming back late. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection of items and restocked quickly when running low. Handy location, close to shops and Disney. Plenty of parking and pretty quiet as it's set back from the road and is backed by offices so nice a quiet over night.

The bed was a little too soft for my partner's taste, but it was fine for me. I would like some signs on the hot food items at breakfast to help people with dietary requirements.

We loved the kitchen staff, they were very friendly, especially one older woman, I never got her name but from the couple that were close to Modesto, thank you!
