There was nothing that I liked about this property.
To start, the staff was very short with me their answers and did not rectify the problem or even offer my money back for not staying.
The room: in general was dirty. Looked as if it hadn't been swept, a hole in the wall from the door handle that was not repaired and the TV didn't even work.
The staff said that it hadn't been touched for two days. However, there were black hairs in the sink and the bathtub/shower and black hairs not only on top of the bed but also made up in the bed. It appeared that the bed may have been slept in and the sheet had not been changed. There were stains on the bed cover that were unrecognizable.
We DID NOT staying and went on the hunt for another hotel.

I was allowed to park in the parking lot a few hours before checking in
5.0 / 10.0
The location was safe and close to the park.
The beds were hard, the room was loud and you could basically hear the person next to you breathing. The door had huge gaps to the outside and it was bright and made it even louder all night.

Only a 20 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the main entrance to the parks. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Could have used 1 more pillow, and better quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. (I recommend dispensers installed in the bathroom so all you have to do is fill them)
There was a bit of a strange smell (musky "old person" smell) my suggestion is maybe using a bleach and turning on the fan to keep are flow (we kept the air on for the duration of our stay.

The parking was easy and free. The beds had mattress covered. The staff was very friendly.
The room’s key card lock did not work so we had to use the properties physical key. The room was ok clean, but there was missing paint, missing layers of wall in the bathroom, the caulking around the bath was turning brown, the shower knob was functional but also broken, the beds were fulls, not queens. The pool was not being filtered or circulating so it was dirty. The hot tub was also not clean and not hot.

You can leave your car and return until 3 pm for check-in. The reception staff are friendly and attentive. The room is clean and has everything you need.
it's EXTREMELY NOISY. You can hear everything; you really can't get any rest. The hotel is clean and in a good location, but at least sleep on the second floor and make sure the person next to you isn't snoring. I won't be staying there again for that reason.

Absolutely Nothing.
The room looked clean at first sight. However room was not clean but bed was made, bedding was not washed or changed. Hair and crumbs were throughout the bed. Hair was in the tub. Hair and tooth paste were in the the bowl of sink. There was no way a cleaner could have missed all these items unless they simply didn't care.
Worst part were the COAKAROCHES in the restroom. Manager was awful to deal with, he was rude and disrespectful. He didn't see anything wrong with any of these items.

Cute room, standard hotel,
Two lamps by the bed, one floor lamp, and one lamp by the microwave and only two of them had light bulbs. Shower pressure was good! But the shower head was pretty rusty with mineral build up.

The location was good. Good distance to Disney for the price. I like that the room didn’t have carpet. The floors were new. The front desk guy was pleasant.
The beds were not queen size, they were full size, really small. Needed some TLC. Paint peeling, crack in the wall, rust coming through paint. Electronic door key didn’t work. Needed to change the sheets as there was hair on them on both beds. Nothing was the end of the world, but nice to know going in. ps…there is no ice machine on site.

I like the proximity to the Disneyland Resort and the price is usually fair. The TV has good channels and the beds are comfortable.
I haven’t had this issue before but there was a major issue with my door locking in room 109. The first night the staff were able to temporarily fix it by swiping their key card. However in the morning it wouldn’t lock as I was leaving out for the day. It’s quite a hassle to have to lock your stuff in the rental car. What if I didn’t have one? Management called me during the day to say that it was fixed but was not the case when I got back, all I had to do was push the door.

The room was fine. Everything worked
the walls are super thin. We were woken up many times through out the night by the next door occupants on both sides talking and going in and out. I could hear someone snoring as well. What made us check out a night earlier is that an employee had opened our room door as we were sleeping (after 11pm). At the time we didn't know it was an employee, we looked out the window and didn't see anyone. It scared us and made it difficult to sleep. That morning we decided to cancel the rest of our Disneyland trip and check out a day earlier because we did not feel safe. As we checked out I had informed the employee what had happened and he explained that it was him or another employee that did that to ensure our safety to see if the door was locked. I have stayed at around 50 hotels and never had this happen. It makes no sense to do that. Our door was clearly shut, no reason to open it to see if the other locks are on. That sounds super sketchy. It was 11 pm too so why would anyone try and check the door if people are sleeping or in the room? That would only scare someone and make them feel unsafe because that just doesn't happen anywhere else. They could've knocked but they chose to actually open the door. That just doesn't sound right to me. I won't be staying there again.

Close by to Disney
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel. I have never felt more humiliated. We returned from Disneyland around 10 p.m. and checked into our room. As soon as my sister pulled back the bed sheets, an ant bit her arm. When I lifted the sheets, I saw another ant. I checked my own bed and found something smeared on my pillow, and then we saw a bedbug in my bed.
I immediately went to get the hotel clerk—the only staff member on site. When he came to the room, my sister showed him the rash, and he insisted it must have come from Disneyland. I showed him the bug in my bed, he killed it, and still claimed he “didn’t see anything,” even though I had video proof.
I politely asked if we could at least have the sheets changed, but he said he was the only employee working and could only drop off the sheets for *me* to change them myself. I told him that wasn’t acceptable and asked for a different room or a refund. He said there were no rooms available because it was a busy weekend and reminded me the booking was non-refundable. I asked him to call his manager because I no longer felt comfortable staying there.
He stepped outside, and suddenly he “found” another room for us.
For context, the first room not only had ants and bedbugs—it also had a damaged bathroom door, a disgusting chair, dirty floors, and probably more issues I didn’t even note.
The new room was slightly better, but still not clean: the trash bin had already been used, the light fixtures and lamp had dead insects inside, and the bathtub leaked water everywhere when we showered. We could hear noise from the room next door, and overall it was just an unpleasant stay.
The next morning, although the staff member apologized repeatedly, I was still extremely unhappy. The room was advertised as having two queen beds, but they were actually twin-size beds. We were also never offered Wi-Fi or given any information about it. On top of that, the hotel allowed someone to park next to a clearly marked no-parking zone that

Free Parking, the noodle place across the street.
Dirty sheets, Dirty Pillows, sweat musk smell in bed, and pillows (terribly stained), terrible smell coming from air conditioner (see pictures why). Tried to keep a window open for some form of fresh air but Katella is very noisy. The walk from the motel to downtown Disney/Either park is not as brisk as they say it is, (tip if you stat here cut thru GCH on the way home to save about 1/4 of a mile of walking. There is no bus that will take you to the hotel or vice versa and since it’s in such a populated area, Uber and Lyft can run from $50 just to go that little bit. The prices are too high, I would rather stay in a hotel 20 miles away and drive in next time for the same price and get a nice place.
With little red/orange splotches on the bedspread I i’m currently going through the process of bringing everything in the house slowly to fight the possibility of spreading any bedbugs. I felt itchy since I left, but it most likely was the towels.

I liked that it was close to Disneyland
I heard our next door neighbor having intimate time really loudly for 30 minutes around the middle of the night and the front staff tried getting me to screenshot my credit card and email it to their company email. He already validated my credit card info but instructed me to do that and I was confused.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Fridge and microwave included in room was convenient. Pool and spa area seemed nice but we did not use it during our trip. Check out concierge was very kind.
Restroom could use updating. Shower head was a bit calcified so water stream was odd. Also there was no vent cover on the restroom fan/light which was concerning with the exposed wiring. Parking was tight. small spaces. Room walls thin and could here the neighboring room besides us.... like there whole conversation so we would leave the TV on to drown out some noise.

15 Minute Walk From Disneyland, Comfortable Bed, Functioning Air Conditioner
We were given a room with a broken door frame, making us feel unsafe to stay in. I hurried to the front desk to where I expressed my concern of safety. The gentleman replied “it’s okay, the room is next to the office we will be watching it”. In total shock I said we would rather be transferred into a different room. He stated all rooms were reserved for the 4 days we were staying. I asked to speak to the manager, he quickly got on the computer instead and within 5 minutes I was given a new room. This 2nd room consisted of: the top latch also broken, 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, two shampoo and conditioner bottles (one was half used), dirty floors. This hotel is advertised as 24-hour front desk which is false. When went to ask for more towels, front desk was locked and another visitor was also outside the door who stated she had been waiting for them to open as well. This was at 9 am. Once it opened, I made my request to which the gentleman stated a female will be right with me. The female stepped outside the office, to which I followed thinking we would go into a laundry area or closet. She proceeded to walk into one of the visitation rooms, grabs 2 hand towels and hands them to me. We are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel’s cleanliness, safety, and staff service.

Nothing.
Everything, the person who checked us on was so rude. Took over an hour to check us in. Didn’t offer an early check in. Said come back at 3p. Came back exactly at 3p. There was no staff when we got there our room wasn’t ready. We weren’t able to get into our room until 4P and they still didn’t do anything to accommodate us.

The location to Disneyland and it was clean.
They didn’t refresh your room with water and cups unless you asked for it.

The staff was friendly, the price was okay. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean.
On foot, you cannot cut through the Simba parking lot to get to Katella. That makes for a LONG walk from Disneyland. It's too far for a solo late night walk for my liking. The bed was made with the top sheet on top and the blanket underneath (so the blanket was touching you). That felt odd. My particular door's deadbolt did not click into the lock position al the way. However the other lock, the swing bar lock, worked fine.

Was close to Disney and a 15-20 min walk to downtown Disney and Disneyland. Can see fireworks from the outside of room.
The air conditioner in our room was so loud. No wash cloths . Towels were tiny. People were deaf racing and speeding down Katella so was pretty loud.

Location was excellent
Our room was a little dark as it had no natural light. Not a major issue but would have been nice.

The people who checked me in were friendly and greeted me with a smile.
I did not like that there was hair in the shower. Yucky. Also, the window did not seem to lock properly. One of the hooks on the curtain was not connected. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk with my concerns.

I like that is close to Disneyland
The walls were dirty and place seems not very safe. The last day I saw a cuckroach on the wall, I informed the receptionist, but they did nothing, not even gave an apology. In my opinion the place is not safe for families with kids, the furniture is old, and it’s not very clean
