Overall, I would not stay here again. It was not terrible, but not good either.

The staff was friendly/kind and the breakfast was decent.

The toilet had spots (presumably from the previous guest). The hot tub was out of order, with no advanced notice. The mini fridge didn't work. I'm not sure if it was the area, or the specific people we were next to, but the room beside us was very rowdy and were pounding on doors at all hours of the night. Not somewhere I would want to bring kids.

The way the room smell like mildew/mold baseboard have water marks and floor is coming up / coming apart. R/H was hight 70 + in room. Looks like they had a flood and never put a dehumidifier for drying

Breakfast was terrible and the lady watched me the entire time I made my plate. I was going to take one plate for my sleeping kids and she begged me not to take it to the room.

Not a single vending machine worked to buy a water bottle. After they would not fill my water bottle or let me fill it at 4 am when my daughter woke with an extreme fever. I told

the staff were bad, his name was Sean, he was very rude, my husband is disable we got there at 10:Pm because our flight was late and my husband using wheelchair, Sean when saw us said we do not have room on first floor, I do not want to have you here because once there was homeless that left alone here with the wheelchair I told him my husband is not homeless and I will be stay with him here the cab driver told Sean they are husband and wife.

Ok for what we needed but I will not come back,

The bathrooms had ants, the baseboards were not clean, the sinks are cracked, The pillows had been folded into small squares which made them really hard.

Best Western suited all.of our needs.

I am not excited about the Cigarette Smoking in back parking lot area. The smoke covers the entire back parking lot. I am allergic to Cigarette Smoke. This area should be moved where it is not effecting Non Smoking Guests. Bad Location.

A day to relax in water !

20 mins from Huntington Beach. A lot of shopping centers and things ta do around. Having the jacuzzi tub in the room was very nice

Food was okay. There was TV and Wifi there and was close to many good locations. Beds were comfy enough to sleep in.

There appears to be bugs as there were random bites of my skin every time I woke up. Floors were disgusting and bathrooms were not my favorite. Cleaning staff never cleaned my room despite my request for them too. Too many stray cats and there was the smell of smoke/drugs when I came out on somedays. The core problem is that it’s very gross and simply cleaning the floors more throughly would have made this a 9/10 for me and I would’ve loved to comeback.

We were there on Friday and sat on sat night / morning there was a room that the male and female were fighting. Then two females showed up and started yelling as well. The motorcycle reved his engine several times keeping us up most of night. Although one of the staff went to help it was still very upsetting. Oops what I didn't like

It was ok.. it was close to the places I needed to go and, like I said, the management was great…

They kept the surrounding drama around the location with homeless encampments just up the street away from the hotel…

I had asked housekeeping on a note I believe Friday to just empty the trash and replace the towels until I left at the end of my four days day.. they did empty the trash that day, however, the following day my trash cans were overflowing, and they never did replenish the towels although I had enough to get through… The management was great, and I appreciated the eye he kept on the property… Possibly it could’ve been a language difficulty for the housekeeper? Not sure.
