The access to the convention center

It was old and water stains on the ceiling. Fridge didn’t work, coffee maker was gross. Peeling paint and outdated.

The rooms smell, you don’t get clean towels every day, not enough face towels, bedding doesn’t get changed daily, some beds didn’t get clean bedding throughout the stay at all.

It was nice and clean, close to restaurants, stores, and waking distance to Disneyland.

It should have more Laundry facility it’s a family hotel and only had two washers and dryer for two buildings and was only on the main build none on the second building, and the dryers were not even working properly so people were taking longer.

It was adequate for our needs

Closeness to the events that I was going to while there.

The room had a really bad smell next to the king bed coming from the night stand. My son's key didn't work one night and even the front desk couldn't figure out why.

Good, I’d stay again and again

It’s always a good place to stay when you’re visiting Disney. Close enough for a short walk, clean, parking and they allow You to park there all day even after you heck out.

we spontaneously brought an extra child but they couldn’t accommodate a bigger room or a cot the water pressure sucked it was a busy weekend and the front desk was only running on one person in the morning.

It was ok. But wouldn’t stay there again.

Location was good. Not too far from Disneyland. CVS right next to Hotel.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have anything for breakfast. All they had was coffee in the morning. My light in bathroom didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work. They had to come out and fix it. Rooms were ok. The bunk beds didn’t seems sturdy. My son didn’t want to sleep on the top bunk because he felt like it was going to break.

Property needs a deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was filthy. We wouldn’t walk barefoot on the carpet and it turn the bottoms of our sock dirty brown color

Very close to Disneyland and smack dab on the middle of corner stores like CVS, Walgreens. Very walkable and conveniently located. Staff were easy and nice to work with, everything was seamless

The staff was so welcoming and friendly! Ensured that we had all the accommodation and parking in order. That’s a great plus after driving a long way for a Disney vacation

The location and ease of being near Disney were great. Easy layout and parking available.

The rooms appear outdated. Carpet floors felt sticky, beds were not comfortable. Walls/lighting seemed older. Plumping had sewer smell the entire time.

Good location, Bad staff at check in (Jazmin)

It was close to disneyland

The staff upon check in were so unkind and unhelpful- her name is Jazmin. I asked about my scooter which had been dropped off and she said the company would call me- company had already told me they had dropped off. She had no idea what she was doing. She also did not give me any information about room service or any amenities. She told me that my room was in the next building over and i asked her how i can get help getting my bags up to my room and she looked at me like a deer in headlights- and said- yourself… she was horrible with customer service.

Proximity to the disneyland entrance was better than I anticipated! The AC unit in the room was top tier, the parking was easy and we loved that we had a patio

Only negative about the properties location was there were quite a bit of transients near by hanging around. This isn't the Hotels fault and I know it's hard to control so I'm not docking stars for it at all.

Over all it is a ok place to stay, if not for the staff concerns for our issues we would have left and went to another hotel. We will not stay here again. to many choice for the price paid. Bathrooms and bedding were the only thing clean. rest of the room felt dingy.

Stains in carpet between beds, smelly rooms ( Musty ), No microwave in rooms had to go down the hall to fine one. Internet access on TV, Netflix or YouTube options
