I would never stay here again. This hotel charged my card without disclosing what the extra fees would be upon checkout time. They claimed it was for charging to the room and I never charged a single item to my room. Now I’m fighting to get my money back after they charged me for entire stay twice over after I checked out and was first reimbursed. The staff is not helpful and does not assist when needed.

It starts with this platform. I try to connect to the hotel to check certain thing about the parking but all I end up with is arguing with an AI chat robot. It’s insanity that you can’t email a hotel from another country. Who wants to spend money on a phone call. I also included breakfast which was an absolute joke. A huge Hilton hotel and all you get is a variation of overcooked oatmeal, sausage, scrambled eggs and pancakes. There’s not even butter and cheese/ ham for the toast. Worse than school 30 years ago. Rooms are also old and basic. Marriotts would be a much better choice.
