They need to handle things better

Water did get warm only cold. They kept saying they would fix it never did. We were not the only ones having issues. The fridge went out and I lost my daughter's insulin cause it went warm. We ended up having to leave a week early and find another place. Still have not got our money back.

It’s nice and this was our second time staying here for our Disney trip!

The beds are not the best. Especially since they don’t have king beds and hard to share a bed with a toddler to make sure he doesn’t fall off the bed with each parent beside him lol. Pillows are not that comfy either.

Toilet is loud when flushed . It sounds like a horn, the air conditioning smell is so bad when it run. The fitted sheet ‘s still had chocolate and blood. It’s not meet our expectation like last time we visit.

It was very nice, & we loved our queen suite room. Having the couch and the kitchen area for our little family was perfect! The only problem is we definitely can’t fit the 3 of us (2 adults & toddler) on a queen bed like we thought we could. But that’s our fault. Lol. Although everything was great!

Que cobran una cantidad obscena por el estacionamiento y el seguro por daños, la verdad quede muy insatisfecho, no se aún si me hicieron cargos adicionales o no por que no lo he podido checar en mi banca pero lo que sí se es que yo llegue y pague el 100% de 2 noches y al día siguiente salimos y la tipa de la recepción no nos dejaba entrar a menos que volviera a pagar por el alojamiento, nuestras cosas se quedaron en la habitación pensando en que habíamos pagado por 2 días y si el error fuese de ellos habría entendido que me demostraran que por alguna causa solo hicieron el cargo por una noche y que debía otra!! Me parece que como lo hicieron fue una mamada
