Location, Room and comfort, and dining options were great!
Not being told ahead of time of the TV systems not working. Especially when you’re coming from out of town or have taken the time to select the place to stay and relax and not have the functionality of TV for yourself or your children to entertain or occupy.

Location
The shower wasn’t clean. It had previous hair particles in it! The thermostat wasn’t working properly!
