Beautiful rooms with plenty of space
Lack of staff, no room service which was one of the perks we wanted. Also was told there was a shuttle to the Disney park which when we got there was told was only local transit. Stayed for three nights and the room was not kept up, the bed was barely made, and cups we used were never refilled.

The property was very well maintained and in a good location, within close proximity to Disneyland. The rooms were very spacious and it had all the required amenities for a short stay.

I liked it. It was a decent room and it was clean.
The only thing I would change is may be a little updating, but I don’t know in what way. But I really like the white bedspreads on hotel beds. It makes you feel like you’re in a clean crisp bed.

Nothing, it needs a Hilton facelift.
Everything, dirty, musty, not worth the price. Disgusting.

We did not eat breakfast there.
The faucet in the shower is difficult to turn off, water kept dripping, could be fixed as this is a minor fix.

Location was convenient.
The room was damp and moldy and smelly and nothing was clean except the sheets. Check in was slow and understaffed.

The staff were amazing.
The rooms are old. The tub had rust. its not something you like to see in the hotel. The water did not drain properly in the tub.

The location was good and the hotel was clean.
The parking fee is high but that could be normal for the area. The rooms are a little dated but for the price you're paying, it's not a deal breaker.

That I had to pay 33 dollars per night to park my car!

I was surprised at the size of the room.
i’m trying to watch TV. It was hard as the channel upload was so slow and there was no TV Guide to just figure out what channel.
I thought the hot tub was actually gonna be hot, but it wasn’t.

The people working were nice.
The facilities were dirty. The mattress on the bed had springs pushing through the covering. The phone didn’t work and was sticky and caked with dirt. The TV didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty. The experience was so bad we asked for a refund for the remaining days and found a new hotel to stay at. The front desk must get this request frequently as they did refund the rest of our stay without hesitation. (We did ask for a different room but the front desk said that all of the rooms were in the same condition.)

Very good customer service from Christopher at the time of checking in and out
There is nothing negative to say. We had a great say! Restaurant food was very good also!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The lobby is elegant and has enough sitting for people to wait on friends and family. The drop off area is not backed up because there are staff directing traffic. I love how helpful and friendly the staff were. Their freshly made walnut chocolate chip cookie is yummmmmy!

The location is great for Disneyland. Late check in was fine for after the park closed.
It’s very dated and in desperate need of proper renovation. The rooms are old and decor hasn’t held up well at all. It’s very expensive for the quality due to the age. Parking was very overpriced.

I love how much space you get.
The elevators were extremely hot no air conditioning. Also first night someone was smoking across from us. I had to call guest services.

I asked staff for a couple extra blankets before my stay as a request, I asked them when I got there checking in for extra blankets , when I got to my room no blankets , I then again requested extra blankets …. I never got them

The room was clean.
I didn’t like that I couldn’t make the room a little warmer. It was too cold. I called the front desk, but they could help us. They said the maintenance staff had left for the day. ☹️

It was ok but they need to update their rooms and building!
I didn’t like the fact that the check in time was at 4pm and that it said continental breakfast and ended up paying $49 for breakfast if I knew I had to pay for breakfast I would’ve went somewhere else!

Buffet breakfast was good for me but not much choice for my vegetarian daughter.
I had an annoying check in where the staff simply tried to do "contactless" payment which meant that my UK credit card was declined for fraud purposes, meaning that I had to spend over an hour rectifying the position. I was very disappointed by this.

The location and cleanliness of the property.
Staff could be a little friendlier. Acknowledge guests upon departure and arrival would go a long way in someone’s day.

Decent looking, alright location.
This was by far one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had.
We booked two rooms at DoubleTree Suites through Booking.com with a confirmed total of #800ish for a three-night stay. We even chose the “pay at property” option. Sounds simple, right? Wrong.
The DAY we were driving 12 hours from El Paso to California, I discovered the hotel charged my credit card almost $1,400—not once, but THREE TIMES. We hadn’t even checked in yet.
We spent hours on the phone while on the road, going back and forth between Booking.com and the hotel trying to figure out who was responsible. It was stressful, chaotic, and completely ruined the start of our trip. Only after enough pushing did a manager named Stephanie finally agree we would only be charged the original amount. A staff member named Paola also helped with that—credit where it’s due.
BUT it didn’t end there. Once we got back home, we found out we were charged AGAIN—another $1,400+ on top of what we had already been charged. No explanation, no warning, no apology.
The lack of accountability and communication was shocking for a DoubleTree property. We expected professional service and got a financial nightmare.
Never again.

Very pleased with the stay, the hotel has everything we wanted, a small cafe, a bar/lounge and a fine restaurant, and a swimming pool with lots of chairs and tables. The staff everywhere is fantastic and friendly.
We liked the older "vintage" furniture in the room - they gave a homely atmosphere to the suite. The room was very quiet, we were not disturbed once by guests in other rooms or anything else.
