Over all it was great!

We drove from Reno and arrived around 11pm and the front desk girl Bernice was super nice and so welcoming. When we told her that we are here to celebrate my daughter's happy birthday she finished the check in and knocked our door 5 minutes later and brought balloons and a small delight cookie which made my daughter so special . She literally took care of us all three days.

Parking spaces are limited. We had to wait for a spot in the basement for over an hour after a long day. It was late in the evening. We drove a full size SUV.

The perfect place to stay with your family, if you’re going to Disneyland!

This property has everything you need. They have free breakfast and it’s a great location close by Disneyland. The staff were nice and the rooms were comfortable.

The only downside is if you like to sleep in you won’t catch breakfast. It ends early they only serve from 6 AM to 9 AM on weekdays.

The location was nice, close to Disneyland via shuttle, breakfast was delicious and staff was super friendly.

The pool was super cold and we could not go swimming. 🥶 I thought I read on the website about the pool being heated. Sadly, it was not.

The room was on ground floor and the windows looking directly at the street, there wasn't any privacy plus the traffic noise, car parking fees is a bit expensive. Bath sleepers are not available.

My sisters enjoyed their stay

7/3/25 11:30pm ck in the person at night was super nice I did not catch her name ! Also food lady Leticia was really nice and helpful! Did not like we have to pay !! For parking! It was pricey the sofa bed ! Was really uncomfortable!! I should have brought my air mattress!!! Stayed 7/3-7-6/2025 Other than that clean ! The beds my comfy for my sisters

Wish you’d provide coffee or tea for on the go/ also wish pool and spa stayed open till 12 am for does tired feet coming back from Disney !

Disneh Days 😃

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & accommodating. It was in a good position within walking distance to Disney & food. Breakfast every day was plentiful. Pool & hot tub area welcomed after a long day walking g around theme parks. This is our 2nd time staying @ a Hyatt Plzce & we have been satisfied on both occasions 😃

The shower took an unusually looooong time to heat up. Would need to turn it on for at least 5 minutes before any hot water was to be seen.

Great front staff, questionably renovation quality

Staff was great, fixed multiple issues quickly and professionally. Due to quite a few issues the first 36 hours of our stay, the manager comped our parking but it needed to be readjusted at check out which was frustrating. It's a good location. Safe parking lot. Easy walk to the convention center and about 10 minutes from Disney.

Room was VERY noisy. From the traffic noise, to the plumbing, to the climate control there was SOOOO much noise. Even the bed was noisy. We had to have maintenance come and repair a squeak to the mattress support. Barely moving on the bed made noise. In addition, the phone in the room would randomly ring and not stop. After maintenance came and unplugged the handheld unit, we still ended up giving it to reception because it was clearly possessed and kept ringing with the battery plugged in. Then, the receiver started ringing randomly but no one was calling. If you stay here, ask for a room off the street, a not squeaky bed, and an unpossessed room phone. At night, the lights in the room are more "ambient" than helpful. I had to use my cellphone flashlight more than once. The bathroom had lots of hair in the shower when we arrived so we had to ask for a reclean, overall house keeping was so so especially in the bathroom. The breakfast is limited if you can't have gluten. You'll be doing yogurt with fruit and eggs. The potatoes are not guaranteed to be gluten free but I took a chance and was ok.

Not a great choice of hotel - pay more and get more elsewhere

They would not allow us to check in early after a 21 hour drive from Texas - we arrived at 8am. Front desk was extremely rude, and my family and I had nowhere to sleep or rest after such a long drive. We had to kill time in the car and walking around the beach, but that was exhausting. When we were finally able to check in at 3pm, our room was still not clean. They had to assign us a new room that was cleaned prior because ours had not been made ready in time. The floor in the room was full of sand. The sliding doors to separate the king bed from the bunk beds did not close all the way - left my husband and I with very little privacy after paying extra for a family suite. We were not given any water or accommodations the entire 3 day stay. No laundry facility in the building. Overall, not a great choice and we’ll never stay here again.

One thing is the pay for parking. I’m paying $35 at Disney then have to come to the hotel and pay $30. I don’t have a choice but to park my car there so that really sucks. Honestly I’d rather it be part of the total price because I wouldn’t look at it rather a know there is an extra fee once I arrive. This is personal preference but I was a little taken aback by the breakfast situation. It was not organized well. Plates and utensils and napkins should be at the beginning of the buffet and condiments on every table not in the middle of the buffet line. However the food was excellent! Variety and filling!

Location was great. Good to have a warm breakfast included with a lot of options. Beds were comfortable.

Staff was not helpful regarding the Disneyland shuttle. They told us the wrong area to stand and we missed the shuttle and had to wait almost an hour to get correct shuttle. We asked several different staff beforehand and none of them were clear or helpful. They just kept saying to download the app. Pillows were not comfortable. Wish you had an indoor pool.

Great stay at the Hyatt

Young lady at the service desk was amazing. Her customer's service skill set was exceptionally far above the standard. She made me two delicious carmel macchiatos for my trip to Knotts. I feel bad because I didn't catch her name but if she sees this please let your boss know it was you! It was on Dec. 11. Breakfast was delicious 😋 loved the French toast
