Didn’t enjoy.

Construction everywhere outside, Pool was closed, employee lied about free breakfast, bathroom was dirty, broken towel handle, elevator is shady

Comfy stay, but hard to find the driveway with renovations going on.

It didn't affect the stay but there was peeling wallpaper and obvious damage coming down a seam in the wall.

It was pleasant.

It's a very nice hotel. I've been staying there for years. It looks like you've recently done some updating. The carpet looked new. I see you've finally given up trying to get the hot tub to work and just gotten rid out it.

It would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast, there are really no good breakfast spots in Springfield. At least some complimentary coffee in the lobby would be nice.

Great stay

Walking distance to venue. Very clean. Staff really nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Service was great in the restaurant. Had a dirty martini and perfectly made. Fridge in room kept water super cold. Bathroom so clean and shiny almost had to wear sunglasses. Beds comfy. Highly recommend. Parking was a breeze they have a parking lot

Was not pleasant

Convenient location as I was attending a holiday gathering

My partner call down room service and there was no answer then he went down to order food to take up to our room and was told hell no. Was told it was to busy because it was to busy and that it wasn’t going to happen and told him he could go to coop across street. It’s pretty sad that you’re staying at a hotel that has room service and wouldn’t provide. I left him without a car because we were told there was room service but wasn’t treated nice when he had to go down to order then turned him away. Not happy about that at all. No matter how busy a paying guest at your hotel should not have to go thru that. We will not stay there again

I liked the location of the hotel only

I booked a king bed room for a high price and, because the hotel was over booked, I got a two-full bed room and the price did not change. I could not receive any benefit because as I booked through a third-party (booking) the hotel did not take responsibility.

The Courtyard by Marriott was very clean, comfortable and convenient to where we were going.

The location and outdoor seating for relaxing. It was quiet and comfortable.
