Pool wasn't ready for handicap access due to faulty unit. This should probably be tested on a monthly basis vice finding out there's an issue when someone needs to use it.

Great bed NOTHING ELSE WAS GOOD, Or Worth it!!

The bed was Very Soft and comfortable.

The door for the restroom, was a Huge issue. You could barely go to the restroom or use the sink w/o the door rubbing on you or into you. We had to use our towels. To Attempt to keep it open. We have a younger daughter who needs help in the bathroom. It was horrible, to shower her was an even bigger issue. Went to the front desk, was politely told ALL ROOMS ARE THE SAME, for the doors. Breakfast choices were poor and sad, compared to other Fairfield inn properties. Didn’t have many items . Very Very basic. Have had a lot better. Besides the bed , Wasn’t happy with this property. Stayed 5 nights total.

Fairfield Marriott is not the stay it use to be...JR would be rolling over

We usually just eat yogurt and milk

The hotel charged for parking $6 for 2 days with no notice prior to signing in . Just said they needed a card for incidentals. I'm putting that charge on dispute with the card company... did they expect us to park next door or across the street? It's a sad day when you charge for parking and give notice that not responsible for theft!!!

Our stay was paid for via church, we did not want to seem ungrateful but would not stay if we choice

The door on our room did not have a lock which was very alarming as we had the room right across from the elevator. The curtains were hanging off the rod. I did make the staff aware of the problem and they were very apologetic.

Breakfast was good, Eggs, bacon, biscuits/ gravy, oatmeal. Easy to find,right off the highway. Tey had a microwave and fridge in the room.

Called the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving late, 930pm. Wanted to make sure our room would be available. Told me yes we would get the room we booked but could not check in over the phone. When we got there was told all they had was a handicap accessible room, ot the room I booked. So I got to sit in the tub and look at all the gross mold under all the grab bars. Also the room is smaller.

Excellent staff one one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at

Breakfast was great. There were options for every appetite and the stations were kept exceptionally clean. The lady running that part of the hotel was on her toes, keeping the options full and those areas clean all while cleaning tables and checking to make sure we found what we needed. She was great and never broke a sweat! The pool was lovely, the front staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a great trip for us.

The only problem we had was that we could have used a luggage rack. Three women traveling together definitely need luggage racks!
