Call ahead and bring your pillow

The staff was wonderful! Very polite and attentive. The room, the building, and the grounds were very clean. NO BUGS!!! It was quiet, even though it's in a busy area. The price was ok. Breakfast was sausage and really good scrambled eggs, waffle maker, yogurt, fruits, cereals, muffins, juices and coffee, no sugar free options, fyi. Price would have been great IF I had gotten what I actually paid for. Per conversation with hostess, that was a booking dot com error, that I will address in the next area.

Let me preface this by saying that I do understand that beds and pillows are subjective. No two people share the exact same comfort level, that being said, the king bed in room 122 is awful. It needs to be flipped or spun... I ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed, because it didn't feel sunk in, like the head of the bed did. The head of the bed felt as if a very large person had laid there for a very long time. I felt as though my feet were higher than my head. Very uncomfortable. And squishy pillows. I prefer firm pillows, and I just blanked when packing, so that's on me. CALL TO VERIFY THE ROOM SET UP. I paid for a room that was advertised (pictures and written description) as having a handicapped accessible shower AND accessible bathtub, it only had the shower. Apparently this was an error on the booking dot com site. I found that to be pretty disappointing, because I specifically chose that room due to it having both. I wasn't going to make a scene or raise my voice, no one has time for that, and it would just ruin everyone's day, it was just an inconvenience, and now I know to call ahead and verify.

Perfect getaway!

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but fresh, hot and the area was spotless! We did not enjoy the pool, but the area was clean! Wonderful location for activities and family! We will be back!!

Great stay for a good price

The breakfast was decent, more or less what I expect from a hotel breakfast. Coffee was good. I used the exercise room, and it was basic, but sufficient; there were two treadmills, an elliptical machine and a universal weight type machine. We never used the pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We love the friendly staff, the nice pool, the clean breakfast, and the clean rooms.

Driving through another parking lot to reach it, and needs more handicapped parking.

Fire exits were locked so you cannot leave in case of a fire.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel has locked the emergency exits, perhaps to stop people from getting in the side doors, but if there is a fire there is no way out. I raised the issue with three different folks at the front desk and none seemed overly concerned.
