Breakfast was a nice feature but it is the same thing everyday

When I made the reservation online for a staycation with my hubby for Valentine's weekend I reserved a handicap accessible room. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, hot tub and pool table as well as an onsite bar/lounge. They did not have the room I reserved available but still gave me a king room. The bar/lounge was closed. The pool heater was broken and the pool was freezing, the hot tub timer was broken out first night, so the hot tub was dirty and not working as well as filled with children most of the time because of the pool being too cold. We ended up being locked out of our room both mornings when leaving for breakfast. When I went to the front desk I wasn't asked for ID or even my name to get into my room. Breakfast was very basic and not enough for the number of guests eating. The pool table area was flooded and the pool table felt was ripped in 2 places, the gym was "out of order" because the equipment was all broken. There was an awful smell of marijuana in the halls, the hall floors were damaged and dirty. The walk from the parking lot to the building was covered in ice and it smelled like raw sewage. There was an issue with a lamp in our room not working, when I called to the front desk they said they would send someone the next day but never sent anyone, my husband figured out the plug was not working properly so we just unplugged it for safety. No one ever came or asked about it again. This was a cheap stay so I suppose I got what I paid for but I feel they should be open with all the listed "amenities" being "out of order" ... I would have paid a bit more at another hotel for working amenities. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone... I only took pictures of the pool table area.

It was a convenient place to stop on my way home. I enjoyed the in room coffee maker.

The property needs better outdoor lighting.

The gym room facilities was closed which it was the reason why I booked the room. No refrigerator in the room which it was supposed to have there was no hair dryer The room was very dingy. There was also no hot water to take a bath or a shower It was lukewarm. The rooms and the hallways were very much had a weird odor. I've stayed a lot of places and this I was not very happy with it all

Old, unclean, employees unfriendly. Found a cockroach in my room, on my bed

The only bad thing was the pool and hot tub was down other then that everything was completely perfect it was quite and comfortable

We needed a place before an early appointment, and the room was clean with soft sheets and a warm atmosphere. The shower heated quickly, and the front desk helped us with directions. Parking was a little tight but manageable.

The bed was comfortable. Larger mini fridge. Long counter in bathroom.

First room toilet didn't flush so we got moved. Se o d room smelled like cigarettes, they allow smoking on upper floor, we were on ground level. A bug... not positive of type... looked like a roach but found no more upon searching. Tub had stuff stuck in bottom. It was not a pleasant stay. I accidentally clicked the wrong selection when reserving. I would not have rented this room because of previous reviews.
