Not as expected.

Good location off the nain road. Staff was cordial. Room was clean.

Breakfast was lousy. Rubbery eggs, no fruit. Coffee almost empty. Not much choice of muffins etc. No flavored containers of creamer. Just powder yuck. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Price was high. I later found the same hotel for a price about $30.00 less.

Never happened!!!!

We never stayed at the property! When we arrived there was no one there. No one, how could we stay with out being able to check in???? I think it’s a rip-off by book-it,they take your money and then you loose it. We had to go to another Hotel to get a room. (Hampton Inn).

We could not check in, so how would we know about anything we didn’t like about the property. I don’t think we would ever use Book-it again and we certainly will make ALL of our friends and family aware of how Book-it operates.

The beds were so comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, it was nice to have more than just waffles and cereal. We felt safe at this location and the staff was extremely kind.

We booked through a 3rd party and we were told there was a hot tub, unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However the pool was very clean and well maintained.

Didn’t use coffee maker or shower because they were dirty. One bed was immaculate and comfortable but had a lot of cob or spiderwebs behind under the headboard. Second bed had wear holes in the bedbug cover. Unsure why but made me uncomfortable to see the holes in the cover because it’s there to protect. Didn’t sleep great but got some zzzs.

The entire place smelled like smoke and the door to the outside near our room did not lock. Very concerning for me. Anyone could have came in at any time to the hotel.

The Indoor pool was freezing and had a oily feel to it. The floor was extremely slippery. Decided not to swim because fear of falling. Other kids were falling and we were warned right away by others when entering. I walked on the towel to get out

it was so nice, clean, and just pure heaven after the hotels we have been too!! they didn’t charge us the deposit since we were coming in late and only staying the one night.

I do agree with other reviews that breakfast could’ve been a bit more but if they don’t have more staff members then one can’t complain. it was good enough. and I would’ve like more shower pressure but hey I would rake this room over some others I’ve been too any time!!!!
