The people working the counter were amazing and quick / knowledgeable.

My room was dirty , there's no water pressure (#124) , flies and I had a bug bite. Dirty on the counter and in the bathroom. PROBABLY THE LOUDEST HOTEL ROOM IVE EVER STAYED IN , IN MY WHOLE LIFE.

The bed was made up and clean towels were provided every day.

They didn't gave breakfast, only coffee and tea. The location was great.

I preferred a room on the 1st floor, but the door wouldn't unlock with the key card.

The price was right for our weekend writers' workshop! Would stay again!

Loved the new king-size bed. We stay here every year when attending a writers' workshop in Yellow Springs. We will continue to stay here every year!

Could tell the room had been updated, but the placement of the furniture was odd, plus no chairs for the little table. There was paint on the brand-new floor that had not been cleaned off after the room was painted. We had to move the large desk-type piece of furniture to find an outlet to charge our phones. Came across as clean, but with a 'budget hotel' vibe. I guess that's what management is going for... budget travelers!

It's not worth the money.

Location

High price $$$$ ... not worth the over $400 price. Is not a 5 star hotel by far. The front desk staff was rude Housekeeping only leaves washcloths for single occ. Toilet way way to low Mattress slids off base... almost falling on the floor when rolling over. Stayed there 1 year ago... price is 3x higher this year and definitely not worth the high price hike.

There were no bedside lights and no electrical outlets LOW enough for me at bedside. I had to turn over a waste basket and set it on the bed in order for my phone charger cord to reach phone. There were no outlets near TV stand,either. I was glad I didnt need my laptop.
