The staff was not pleasant I was also charged for a tear in a bed spread I pulled off the bed immediately but it was hours after I checked out that I was charged for it it I was there a couple days so upon changing the sheet I found a black womens snow hat under the mattress cover it’s summer time so it had obviously been there awhile

Pets friendly with no extra fee for our tiny dog.

carpeting in hallway and stairs were very dirty, worn & torn on edges of stairs which besides being unsightly is a tripping hazard

The rooms were great, very clean and comfortable! They had the towels, soap and shampoo and conditioner. For the morning they had coffee, the staff was very friendly.

Nothing they had everything we needed.

1. Not enough AC outlets. Only one in the room and it's worn so much the plugs barely stay in the sockets. 2. Your WiFi connection rejected my use of a VPN. I did not use your wifi and had to use my cell phone connection. I suspect your network wants to hack.

Comfy bed, safe area,

No carpet, bathroom vent kept making irritating noise the whole stay, fridge froze everything, No breakfast at all, no elevator

Water wouldn’t drain from tub. No extra blankets. Bed not comfortable. Sketchy door lock.

Windows were filthy. It looked like someone was remodeling, plaint splattered, towel holder in bathroom falling off. Dust in corners on the floor. Staff was blah

Both of the night clerks were great! The 1st night a lady was working & she was just a delight to come in contact with...she should be promoted! The 2nd night a guy was working & he was very kind & got me an extra towel at 2 am. This was ONLY good thing about my stay.

When I walked in my non smoking room it reeked of stale smoke & didn't have ANY sense of cleaning products. The tub had no way of holding water & after a 6 hr drive I needed to soak. The water didn't get hot enough to help either. Once I was in the tub I noticed public hairs when I leaned back...it was disgusting! The morning I was to check out I called at 10 am to say I woke up sick, was throwing up & I was trying to get all my stuff together in-between trips to throw up. I'm also disabled so it takes me longer to walk. At 11:03 the cleaning staff knocked on my door & asked if I was leaving...I told them I had called to inform them already I was trying to move as best I could but was sick...at 11:22 I get another knock.. this one VERY loud & said "are you leaving or not!" I said I was dressed & almost ready. I went out to get the luggage cart to take my items to the car & 4 staff members were sitting at the lobby tables giving me blank & rude faces when I asked why they had been so rude. It was about 11:30 then & when I came back to the lobby with all my luggage there were 2 other separate guests who had just checked out but they reported no one had banged on their doors. If the staff had knocked out of concern rather than inconsiderate reasons I wouldn't be writing this. I told them that 2 other staff members were amazing & there was no cause for their actions. So my suggestion? Promote the lady that worked the evening of July 14th 2023 & fire the lady from the am of July 16th. Also my suggestion...look for public hairs before Batheing & if the room stinks don't waste a bunch of your expensive perfume & ask for a different room!

Not a damn thing ,wood floor was broken the walls had water bubbles from leaking roof ,, the bathroom had dog scratching on the inside of door not done by my dog

Hallways smelly

Location is good, many shops and restaurants around

The toilet was broken TV was switching off with error no signal every 10 min

I was able to check in early

Sparse furniture, no carpet in room, very little hot water for the tub.

The pillows were flat. The rooms did not have a clock. Booked it for $60.00 and the final price was $83.00

I liked the friendly staff

I was locked out of room twice both times over an hour and half each time. I did not have a microwave. But my parents stayed and grandma and they were placed down stairs they had microwave, a couch and a very nice room both of them had very nice rooms.was disappointed because I stayed 5 days all together.

So far, this was a better stay than the cabin at Hocking Hills. It was more easier to get to and more comfortable.
