Make sure I'm there before 5pm before that rude employee gets there

It was very clean and the room was perfect for my night.

When I was checking in, I told the lady that I had my service animals with me. Standing there was an employee that wasn't even clocked in started arguing with me about my service anima, stated that I will have to pay for them. While he was being very rude to me the lady that was checking me in kept telling me she was sorry. He was hovering at the desk telling me how other hotels charge for service animals as well. That I could just print a paper offline and say it's for my service animal. After getting checked in and went back outside there the employee was standing right by the front door smoking. I feel that people shouldn't be able to smoke right at the front door, even more so employees. When I did take my dog out to go potty as soon as you go to the grass there was massive amount of dog poop everywhere, and I mean massive amount. Having to worry about where my dog step and where I step is nuts.

I liked the renovations. It looks very nice.

The smell in my room was awful, especially in the bathroom. It smelled like it hadn’t really been cleaned in a long time. I had to wash my clothes immediately upon going home.

A much better than average Red Roof Inn

This Red Roof in was better than most. It was very clean, pleasant and easily accessible. It was the perfect place to spend our last night on the road, after a month-long trip. Breakfast was a bonus as most Red Roof Inns do not offer it.

Adequate accommodations

Breakfast was good. Would like to have seen more fruit variety.

Did not get the room that we signed up for (example) we were to have a king size bed and was given 2 queen size beds. It was suppose to be a handicap accessible room (example ) was suppose to be a no lip shower (handicap accessible). Noticed that wall plates screws were missing below TV. Overall condition of the room was outdated and lacking being painted or finished. TV was not accessible for my streaming device to be used without removing the TV from wall to attach HDMI cable.

Convince to interstate

Tub/ shower very slow draining build of inches in tub when showering. All dispensers empty desk staff supplied a one ounce of shampoo no soap for showering glad I brought backup. 1 bar of facial soap for hand washing.

Disappointing.

Not what I call a handicapped facility. The commode did not have hand crip bars available & the toilet was very low making it almost impossible to get up. It was not a walk-in shower but a shower tub making it difficult to get in - it also had no slip proof floor in the floor of the tub.

Bathroom was difficult at best. Water pressure in shower low. Hand soap, shampoo provided, but hard to get any out of dispenser. Bathroom door top close to toilet, difficult to close door when in the bathroom, and difficult to get out of bathroom once for was open.

Nice motel in Springfield Ohio

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was a nice extra I didn't expect at this brand. Great that they allow pets, which makes travel for me much more practical.

The breakfast seemed skimpy and the hours were short for a weekend - could have been extended another 1/2 hour

The soap dispensers at the sink were hard to operate and dispensed a very small amount of soap - had to pump it twice to get enough to suds up my hands.

Not the best stay

I liked the location.

Our key to our room would always take several times to work , there was no shampoo or bodwash filled in the shower they were empty, The towels were very small and scratchy, it smelled in our room like water damage, the coils on the bed made a horrible noise as you say down and moved. the ironing board did not stay up and would hit the floor ( had to have them replaced it) Nobody monitored breakfast ( at 7:00 the pancake batter was out and the eggs had so much water on the bottom of the pan it was not very appetizing) .

Bathroom door would not latch/ stay closed. Fused blew and 3 light did not work for 24 hours. And bathroom sink handles did not work properly.

We slept well except for a fight with loud voices woke us up during the night.

Dogs stay free. Not hard to find.

Mainly sports channels on the tv. No local channels. There was nothing good to watch. No freezer. Hard for those traveling long distances who use coolers and ice packs because we could not refreeze our ice packs and had to toss some food out before getting to our destination.

The location was great. I like that it was a decent price and free breakfast.

This hotel allows animals. Our room was close to people who had a small, yippy dog. I was awoken short after 6:00 to the dog barking outside our room. I would have appreciated being in a room that was not close to another with dogs since we were traveling animal free.

Room smelled awful! Moldy smell! We were too tired to ask for a different room and went to bed. Bed was awful! You could feel the springs, and it made noise every time we moved.

The shower wasn't even close to being hot. Knob was turned as far as it could to hot, but still only had lukewarm water at best.

Breakfast was better than expected because it included eggs and sausage (as opposed to the high-carbohydrate meals which I don't eat even if free). Very clean. Location was okay.

Bad

We were laying in the one queen bed watching TV. When my daughter went to move to the other queen bed to sleep she found the urine soaked bed sheets and covers. We called to let the front desk know so they could check it out as it was cold and we did not do it. They offered to move us to another room. We were so tired we just slept in the clean bed. The next morning, we had to pack up and move our stuff to the car and then that night, move back into another room. We asked if we could have a bit of a discount. We got an I am sorry, but no discount. The original room had a very dirty dried wash clothe hanging on the shower rod. The second room had a dried used wash clothe hanging on the shower rod. I would not stay here again and will spread the word. The front desk staff were kind but they said it was the management's decision.
