I didn’t like that our rooms were not cleaned daily. For the cost of the room I expected daily cleaning. The lady at the front desk told me rooms are cleaned every other day and that’s unacceptable for a room that cost $200 per night!

Cool rooms, clean beds and hot breakfast!

Hotel was very clean. My family was very comfortable during the entire stay. Breakfast was ok wish they had pork free protein (that's my personal preference). Complementary coffee station was great. Our room had microwave and refrigeration which was great (as of late many hotels have reduced placing microwaves in the room).

It was just the location and maybe the city. Praying for better days for the Springfield community. Other than that many good spots to choose from, close proximity to the event location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful pool and our room was quiet and clean.

We requested a room on the first floor by the pool because we love to swim. I believe the ventilation system needs adjusting because our room had a musty smell. It was very noticeable when entering the room.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The noise level was manageable and the breakfast was top-notch.

We liked the convenience of the property to Cedarville University. We stayed at the property for the college graduation. We liked the breakfast and the refrigerator, (I had medicine that needed refrigeration.) the large bathroom, and the convenience to all of the activities we had planned.

The bathtub drain in room 226 needs to be addressed. I contacted the front office staff and maintenance did come and tried to work on the drain. It never drained properly while we stayed in the room.

The large group staying at the hotel was so loud and rude. The price was too high. So high that I would’ve found another hotel if I wasn’t so tired from a long drive.

Everrything was perfect!

Everything was excellent, and the staff was fantastic! Front desk folks were terrific and very helpful in helping me to extend our stay. Our original plan was to stay only one night, then stay over 2 additional nights at hotel in Dayton. BUT, the staff and accommodations were sooooo good that we canceled our Dayton reservation to stay at the Hampton 2 more days. Also, a special "shout out" to the breakfast folks - excellent food, excellent everything!!!

If anyone complains about this hotel, the accommodations, or the staff, don't pay any attention to them...tell them to go next door to Motel 6 instead.

We stay at the Springfield Hampton Inn every year when we visit the Heart of Ohio Antique Mall. I like that it's clean, and close to where we are going.

I am diabetic and I have to stay gluten free. The breakfast LOOKED really good, but all I could eat were the eggs (I trusted that they were gluten free!) and an orange...

Hotel is advertised as pet friendly. The $75 fee is not. This needs to be clear at booking. Had to move rooms due to tv not working, there was very little water pressure in the shower. There were people outside our room playing loud music and drinking. I felt uneasy taking the dog out. We won't stay at a Hilton hotel again
