Traveling a overnight stay with my Granddaughter's to go swimming on a holiday weekend. They kept saying "We are at a 5 Star Hotel" We loved the room & amenities, except had to wait to go swimming in a Cool Pool, Not Heated.
That when calling to confirm reservations, was not informed that the POOL was closed until 6:00-6:30pm until I had to ask. And the Pool water wasn't Heated.
