The staff was super nice and very helpful. Just wish the TV/Cable were working.

The coffee and breakfast were good. The hours for breakfast were 7-10; we didn't eat until after 9:30 or so and they still had a wide variety of items to select from.

The only downside to the stay was the we couldn't get the TV/Cable to work. The hotel staff came to our room to check it out and try to fix it but were not able to do so. Come to find out we were not the only ones. There were other guests who were experiencing this same issue.

Perfect location for families

The staff was exceptional! During our long stay, we got to know several of the employees who were all perfectly hospitable and kind. It was ideal for our family, and we were happy to see families with other young children there as well. Parking was plentiful, and we appreciated the location near many of the city's best restaurants and retail. The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, but overall sufficient for remote work. The desk and kitchenette were very convenient. I was so impressed with the West Elm sofa bed that I'm considering buying one for our home.

There were a few things we only noticed because we were there for so long. Our AC didn't adequately remove humidity from the room, the treadmills in the gym are outdated, and one of the elevators was out of service for a few days. We notified the staff, and they responded immediately to address issues.

Everything was clean and the beds we tree very comfortable. We had plenty of room for a family of five. I do recommend them getting trash cans for the restroom and the sink area.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was clean and inviting. They have a coffee bar right when you enter. The rooms are excellent- they are large and like a mini studio apartment. The pool is nice.

Outlet by ac unit in room didnt work. One of the USB ports on the bedroom lamp didn't work. I brought both of these up to the service desk and never heard back, they didn't get fixed. Missing hook on shower curtain, cracked wall plate outside of bathroom and they taped it as a 'fix'. $.39 at local hardware store. Had issues with the dryer, couldn't get anyone to help, no answer from front desk and staff didn't speak English and was unable to help

It was a good visit.

The visit was overall a good stay. The front desk lady in the evening, was very polite and professional.

The tv could have used an upgrade. But the main issue was the a/c vent where the air comes out was cracked, so it caused an uncomfortable rattle throughout the night. Hopefully it’ll get fixed before the next guest is booked.

Indoor pool was inaccessible due to chemical problems. The only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool, and it wasn't available until the day before we checked out. Extremely disappointing, and should have been compensated for it, but nothing was ever offered except apologies 😕

Next time I will call the hotel to confirm my reservation before arriving.

The breakfast was great.

When we arrived the hotel didn't have a room available for my family and I. They didn't have a confirmation from Booking.com even though I did. Two employees told me to call you all and left the room. A new employee started her shift and called the General manager. In the meantime we called Booking.com but received no assistance. The manager honored our rate and we were able to get our room after much stress.

There was only 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and 1hand towel in our room, however the front desk was more than happy to provide more.
