We stayed here last Thanksgiving and loved it so we rebooked for Christmas time.

The front desk staff and woman manager are absolutely incompetent and stole money from us! I have been dealing with Hilton customer service, booking.com, and will deal with my cc company. Do not stay here!

Not a good sleeper

The location.

I arrive after 3:45 and was told my room was not ready. After a long evening I just wanted to relax and the bed was uncomfortable . Did not sleep well.

Great location for shopping with the outlet Mall just a few minutes walk. Also very handy for good restaurant's. Friendly reception staff.

The property was new, customer friendly with great open spaces to visit with friends and other guest. There was plenty of parking, the rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds.

High expectations met with mediocre execution

The gym is nice but having the treadmills face a wall is not cool. While faculty is newer it is definitely not kept clean. I found trash in closet, by bed, and in carpet. The bed was not comfortable and the noises of those next to as well as above me were not easy to tune out.

Toilet would need a special jiggle to not run all night - and the housekeeping didn’t seem to understand that so I would return late afternoon to a lightly cleaned room with a running toilet. The pool is nowhere near the size of the pictures. There should be a way to better vent the indoor pool as the chlorine smell knocks you out

The staff wasn’t friendly. The hotel did not meet my request that could have been met. Room location and a one hour extended checkout. As an Hilton Honors member this is the very first time I’ve been denied my simple request.

Location of the property Rooms were clean- (Although, I did find someone else’s jean tag next to the bed so not sure how well they vacuum) Pool was nice Most of the staff was very friendly. Some were more helpful than others. Happy hour was ok with the two free drinks. The snacks were not that great. Bring your own. Breakfast was good and had options.

Our hotel room was very nice. The hotel breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

The front desk staff is short staffed. I had tried to call multiple times on more than one occasion on the way to the hotel. It kept going to voice mail. It made complete sense to us once we arrived. There was always one person at the desk during our stay trying to manage the Starbucks counter, the front desk, and the phones. There should be two people at all times.

Great location, beautiful hotel

Beautiful property, full breakfast, great location for what needed it for. We only stayed one night so didn’t get to experience the hotel much, but would definitely be back if we’re staying in the area again!

The cooling system in the room. Had the thermostat set at 68 (like I do at home) and it was MUCH warmer in our room. I have a hard time sleeping when it’s too warm.
