Nothing was like described in booking.

Property was not clean smelled like paint thinner everywhere. In the booking it said there was a pool and it was open. Nope it wasn’t so my kids were on spring break and didn’t have anything to do. Manager refused to let me out of the booking even though she was able to. The room smelled and bathroom was dirty hair and dust all over toilet. In the booking it says that the room had a kitchenette but it didn’t.

The location was amazing. There was a painting of a Round Rock in a stream on the wall. As we left the hotel to get to IH35, we passed the stream and saw the round rock that the city was named for. Amazing.

Reason for the hotel was right off hwy and it was suppose to have breakfast. That's the main reason. No breakfast, arrived and was treated horrible. Horrible lighting in room. Won't ever go back there again.

Nothing just convenient at the time.

The staff her name is Sunika was very very rude. She lied about how many people I reserved the room for, she lied and said we smoked in the room when I dont smoke. I had a visitor and she said we can't have visitors, she lied about a manager over her not existing until I found the business card of general manager she threatened to call the cops for no reason. She had housekeeping watch my room.The bathroom was old and it smelled old. The hotel and room has a moldy smell to it. The carpets are sticky.

price was way to high. this was a good, moderate hotel priced like a high end hotel. not enough amenities to warrant $200 a night. breakfast was supposed to last until 10:00. went down both days at 9:45 and it was already put away.

location to our activities

Staff was not rude but not friendly either. When I would approach the front desk, never received a greeting or even a smile. The employee would look up and just make eye contact. Construction equipment left onsite overnight was blocking several parking spaces causing problems with guest overnight parking. Guests were directed to park in the fire lane in front of the hotel.

Pleasant

The location was OK (except that the front driveway onto the property is almost invisible). The bed was comfortable.

The room had a fair amount of "deferred maintenance" such as chipped paint, spots on the carpet and a very sloppy job of caulking around the bathtub/shower unit. The bedding includes an odd assortment of square bed pillows that looked like they were selected based on artistic values rather than comfort.
