All of the front desk staff, especially Joseph, who actively consulted with his peers to reconcile my records for an improved stay. Daily checks to assess my comfort level was a plus. The laundry venue at a complimentary rate was an actual surprise! Thank you so much IHG. Candleepod.

It was clean and the staff was okay.

No breakfast

Close to venue location for a Celebration of Life. It was out dated but clean. They had Dove body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Palmolive dish soap and paper towels were in the kitchen. Refrigerator was full size and clean. Huge pantry! Iron and ironing board was provided with plenty of hangers.

We had the two room suite. No airflow to the second room. We had to sleep in the main area with the queen bed. Coffee maker and coffee supplied but no coffee cups. Actually, the only drink-ware was a small juice glass. We didn’t cook, but only one small pot was available. The only silverware we needed was a knife, they had 1, and it was dirty. The AC was very loud. If I can upload the video, please turn sound on to watch it. UPDATE: unable to upload video. But it did sound like a jet taking off next to the bed.
