We came here to stay during preparation for our son's medical procedure. On the day we checked in, the elevator didn't work until tomorrow, so we had issues getting on the third floor with the kids and all the stuff we had brought. Spider nets and dust are all over the lobby lights and walls. The apartment was spacious but extremely dirty (our kids' feet were black after walking barefoot for an hour). The microwave was not working, the internet was slow, and Smart TV could not be connected, so I had to use my own hotspot for it. Service was really nice, employees were so kind, but sometimes there is not much they can do with the hotel being in this bad condition... Generally very bad experience!

Overall, not great but not awful. We were in Austin for F1 so paid like double for the room (hotels were sold out). Hotel says smoke free but rugs don't smell great. Hotel is old. Beds are full size - not queen size. I wouldn't stay there again. If we do F1 again, we'll book a hotel well in advance.

Staff members were not the friendliest. The staff member that checked us in were slow and made a few mistakes with our booking but tried to make it right. The room was spacious and clean. From our room we could hear every movement in the hall and could hear a dog barking from a couple rooms over. The property appeared to be kept up nice and safe.

Certainly not what we expected. The double suite was not enough for 6 people despite it saying there would be more than enough room. We had to get another room last minute. We did it through hotels.com and had gone back down only to find out the room we got/let us reserve wasnt available. The only other was smaller beds and $46 extra! Even though we listed 6 of us we couldnt get more than 4 towels, we had to go buy a set. The bathrooms had mold on the ceilings and one bed had sheets with blood stains. We were given another sheet set to change ourselves. Both rooms had an odd oder to them & had a few scattered roaches.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. It met all my prerequisites. The suites were a fairly big and nice. The only downfall was that the stove did not work and it had a weird smell but not a dealbreaker. Overall I rate it an 8/10.

The hotel had a funny smell and the hallways were even worse. The room itself wasn't bad but we did not get but 4-5 spins worth of toilet paper. I called the front desk and was told thst I would have to go downstairs to go get a new roll. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool so I can't comment on that. Over all, I was dissatisfied with the stay. Never again.

It needs to be updated. The drapes had holes in them and were dirty. The pull out sofa mattress had holes in it. The shower also didn’t work. The water just trickled out. The reason we went with Candlewood suites was because we stayed in a couple of them in Texas and they were spotless and they also had a recliner chair that my husband loved. He’s had numerous back surgeries and needs to sleep in a recliner. He said the recliner was quite comfortable.
