i cancelled reservation because of gun policy

.despite lack of 30.05/.06.07 signage @ facility, "guest" agreement mandated a no-guns requirement .bait and switch, typical of "gun control" pearl-clutchers - lack of candor .any facility with this requirement should be required to post it clearly on all websites & physically @ their facility

Both of the housekeepers was friendly.

Everyone aside from housekeepers was rude. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches! Was having a romantic moment and found a cricket on my ear. Gross. Had to properly clean the room ourselves. First room reeked of cigarette smoke. After being moved, the second room had multiple issues as well (Including pest problems & staff did not care).

Did not stay left and still got charged. I guess they have to make money someway.

Nothing!!!! Checked in at 2am had to wait for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Someone finally came down half asleep checked me in then disappeared. Walked up to my room very disgusting and dirty. Water in bathtub dripping constantly. Room smelled like roaches. Walked downstairs to try to get my money back while seeing roaches on the way down. Long story short could not get anyone and just left to the holiday inn express. Motel not hotel still charged me still. I would not expect anyone to waist there time and money and just skip this motel.

Jess was very nice.

The entire facility smelt like a pack of cigarettes, weed, and whatever else. The air didn’t work in our first room so they moved us, but when they moved us to the second room the tv didn’t work. We gave up after a hour of trying to get it to work.

Easy commute to work from this location but unfortunately they cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I drove 6 hrs from Oklahoma to this location plus 47 mins of traffic added due to weather only to be told my reservation was cancelled due to no rooms available. Absolutely sickening! Staff member was No Help! No other options offered!

Never received notification via email or phone call of my room being cancelled due to no rooms being available. And If this was the case from the beginning then why would you accept and confirm my reservation beforehand!?? I drove 6hrs & 47 mins from Oklahoma to this location only to be told my room was cancelled! Staff member was No Help! No other options offered!

My room had roaches, had to pay 2$ for towels even tho they only gave me 2 …..room phone was plugged in the wall but couldn’t make a call no dial tone. The tv was on but no sound and no remote. I told net husband to get 2 keys and they told him each person with an id only get a key..

don’t stay here unless you have to. and be prepared to clean your own room

that it was a roof over our head in a area of sold out places

terrible customer service and terrible facilities. had to go buy cleaning supplies and new pillows and blankets because everything that was provided wasn’t clean. check in time was at 3 we arrived at 6 and were told we had to wait 30 more minutes to check in. went back after that wait and had to stand at the front desk for another 15 minutes for someone to come up there. was originally very mad and the staff but then I discovered that she was the only one working. she had to handle all check ins, customer service and clean the rooms. so none of this is her fault and I feel for her situation. corporate or whoever runs that facility needs to learn how to provide for their staff and customers.

Unfortunately, we were not able to stay at this hotel. Once we arrived at 8:00 PM, they said that there was no availability for our room, and told us that we had no choice but to cancel. also she said me to contact the hotel owner myself for the cancellation, and did not assist me with the process. As a result, we had to find another hotel. I knew this hotel was rated poorly, but I chose it because of the price. but it was unexpected that I could not stay.

That it was pet friendly. That it was close to the highway and close to the job site. There was stores close to the hotel.

They didn’t have breakfast. They didn’t have pots and pans so I can cook. I had to go to the store and buy pots, pans, silverware, bowls. if I would’ve known this upfront, I could’ve packed my own. I didn’t get the room I reserved. Or gone to another hotel.

Sharletta(I believe that's what her name was) definitely made this stay worth it. We had to find a pet friendly hotel at the last minute due to the ice storm knocking out our power. We only got the room 1 night at a time but every morning we checked our place and came right back to get the room again. She was super friendly and nice and made everything so easy for us. She definitely is the reason we'd come back.

Kinda noisy being next to the highway and the people above us at times it sounded like they were moving furniture. But that's it.

Horrible experience, will not return.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and it was only 5 minutes away from the fields.

It was not clean, front desk had a horrible smell from the moment you walked in. There is no lobby area. Our room was not supplied with towels. Bed linen was dirty, and floors were not clean. And once we noticed we needed towels, the front desk was closed.
