I liked how clean it was and the workers were so nice.
I wish it had a hot tub. I also wished that the room had another mirror as the bathroom situation was a little tricky getting ready.

The room was nice and big, and well equipped with an apartment fridge not a little dorm fridge. Staff was very friendly. We liked the added security that people couldn't go up the elevator without a room key. Good variety on the breakfast.

We reserved 2 suites for two days. The king room was nice and comfortable. The room with 2 queen beds was spacious and comfortable as well. Both rooms were furnished with kitchenettes.
Breakfast was included and we all enjoyed it.
The room with 2 queen beds smelled of mildew or mold coming from the bathroom. That smell never got corrected.
The second night, we were locked out of the king room due to a malfunctioning electric lock. The hotel didn't have the personell or the equipment to fix it or to cut the lock. The result was two people couldn't take their prescription medications. Three of us couldn't change clothes because they were locked up and no one got to bed until the wee hours of the morning.
The next morning someone arrived with a saw to cut through the lock so we could retrieve our belongings and check out to go home.
A regional manager named Hannah was going to charge the full price for both days but the local manager named Rashad comped the second night on both rooms. He was very apologetic for our inconvenience and was very sympathetic about the whole problem.
