We loved it.

Location , service. We needed new towels and sheets and didn’t even ask , when we left and came back they’d done it for us already! Cleaned it all up & folded everything.

It’s not the fanciest hotel obviously so it wasn’t the best but when it come to comfortability and service. It was perfect and really all you need. I’d stay again!

This is always our hotel choice when we come to Round Rock to visit our daughter!

The cleanliness, quiet room, and very friendly staff is ALWAYS appreciated!

To be honest, the breakfast was not as good as it was on our last visit. There was an abundance of choices, which we always appreciate. However, the eggs, potatoes, etc. were a bit cold. The coffee was fresh and hot, though!

It was very well maintained. The breakfast was super good. Coffee was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff was wonderful too.

When we arrived and got settled for the evening, we had to go back out to our vehicle and there was someone looking into our car looking to steal stuff. He walked away as he saw us and drove off. Told the front desk about it but I just feel the property could feel more secure. I didn’t see any cameras to the side. The gentleman up front was kind and made suggestions, but we didn’t sleep well that night. The pet fee was $100! That was the most I have ever paid for a single night. That near doubled our stay. I am grateful that they allowed pets though.

The prices of this hotel way over priced Never stay there again

The housekeeper Didn’t clean the room every single day they do it every other day. Also all electrical plugs were very old and if you need to charge your cell phone you would have to get a pillow to lean against the plug to charge if not the plug would fall out of the socket

The bed was too Soft and all pillows were very Flat No film pillows

A New Hyatt fan

This property is in a great location close to shops and restaurants. I was most impressed by the staff. The front desk and cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a pretty good variety of food. Coffee is delicious and beds were comfortable. The room was quiet. If I could find one thing to improve it was my door, very hard to open and close and would make a loud noise because it had to slam shut to close. This hotel was very good quality for the price.

Good hotel...way overpriced....maybe it was because it was labor day weekend.

Overall great place to stay!

Breakfast was on point! One day they had waffles and the next day French toast. I was not disappointed at all! Oh and the coffee was great too.

Good value for money. Location was close to restaurants and Kalahari resort ( in case you are interested in the water park ). Friendly staff. Coffee was pretty good at the breakfast buffet which is included in room price.

There was strange smell in the room, as well the carpet was stained.
