It was a decent stay

Not comparable to other operators of the same grade. And I don't mean the in a good way.

There was no breakfast, no in room coffee and no lobby coffee at 7:30 am. The flooring in the room was coming up and apart. The floor tile in the bathroom was broke and poorly patched, the vanity sink drained very slow to almost clogged and the shower head flow was very restricted. The counter was not concerned for the guests comfort or concerns.

Something I would not do again and would recommend friends not to stay there next either.

Location was good.

Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Water was dripping constantly on the toilet. So instead of giving us a different room. They gave us access to another room to use the bathroom which had no air and completely inconvenient to say the least. I have never had this kind of experience and have no intention of ever returning.

It should be a little more clean and getting room cards shouldn’t be complicated

My Mom didn’t know about the breakfast and apparently not obvious or welcome her to breakfast area. The pool is not open.

My Mom asked to clean the carpet. The cleaning lady gave my elderly Mom a broom and pan.

It was cool.

The hallway & room were dirty! I only hope the linens were clean but I have my doubts. The room noise was incredibly loud, both from the parking lot and from something at the hotel that kicked on every 10 minutes or so all night long.

The location was good.

There were quite a few strange ppl walking around throughout the day and night. Dogs barking from different rooms late at night 😞. The AC wasn't getting very cold and was running loud.

It was a total waste of 100 bucks

Nothing at all

The room smelled of stale marijuana. Front desk clerk was friendly and told us to call back in the morning to speak to management. I called many times during the day and no one answered until after 4:00 p.m. and then the management was not there. We only stayed there 30 or 45 minutes. We were going to take a nap after laying there for a while. We both decided we could not stand the smell anymore. So we left and checked out

Worst Hotel Stay Ever!

I liked that there was availability and that I could book online.

I didn't get a wink of sleep because the guests next door were screaming at each other & hitting each other. I called the front desk to let them know what was going on , they assured me they would look into it and take care of it. Nothing was done. I listened to all of that drama & commotion until 6am. I was exhausted, so upset. It was the worst.

if you don’t mind dirty needles, filthy rooms and a very unsafe environment of drunks blaring music and peeing in front of your kids, this is the place for you!

disgusting and the staff was rude. when I tried to check out the man had put up a sign saying call the number which rang forever while he sat on the couch on his personal phone completely ignoring me.

I did not get the service I have come to expect from a Red Roof Inn

Good air conditioning, location and same day booking convenience.

The walls of the room were dirty, there were holes in the towels and the walls, the floor felt greasy to walk on, there was no gym or breakfast included and there were frequently people loitering in front of the entrance smoking cigarettes, to the point where I felt unsafe walking into the hotel late at night.

I did not like the hole in the bathroom door.. I had to tell the front desk that so just wanted to make sure they didn’t charge me for that when I checked out..Overall great service..Thanks!😃
