The trash was not taken out. There were stain on the bed skirt and dirty walls. The back door had no lock attached to the door. There was a hole where the lock once was. Anyone could come in or out. You could also see straight through the window by that door and watch what room they went in.

Rooms were horrible & no breakfast like stated when I reserved the room. I had paid for a 2 bed they initially put me in a one bed room. I asked for my money back and they put me in a two bed room which was fine. There was supposed to be breakfast. There was none offered. The rooms were in horrible shape. The staff was horrible. I will never go back red roof and never again.

Stained furniture, towels used to fill gaps around bathroom door frame. Dirty towel on bathroom floor when we arrived. Low water pressure, could barely use the shower.

Worked 14 hours, drove 3.5 hours and checked in at 11:45pm. The back door on ground floor did not close or lock, room next door had people partying and smoking with loud music until 3:30am when I cancelled all reservations for next 4 nights. No sleep or rest from music and all the people in the next room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. At the front desk it says non smoking hotel, lie, told front desk and they said they would check into it.

5 minutes after I got to my room I was harrassed by a homeless man who was on drugs. He tried to enter my room and I closed the door on him and then he banged on my door. The front desk attendant chased him away. I usually love staying at the red roof south austin but Round Rock did not have the same ementies. No ironing board, my blankets had cirgerette burn holes, and no morning coffee, and my chair/office chair was broken. Just not worth the money i spent on this trip around. I'll be sticking to the south location from now on.

Any and all staff members I had fbe opportunity to interact with were aways nice, polite and helpful. My room was cold and clean upon my arrival. I stayed for 4 nights and it was quiet and peaceful the entite time. Oh and I should mention, the price was great, especially for the quality recieved and much better than most if not all of their competitors in both categories. Ill definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The property looks like it is undergoing very slow construction. Construction materials, debris, trailers and tools everywhere, from the parking lot to the lobby, stairs, halls and even the rooms. Trash was overflowing in the halls. Wasn't emptied from Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Monday morning was still there with more and more. Walls were covered in years of dirt and spit. The bedding had holes in it, stains and writing on the bed spread. The room looked like it had barley been cleaned betweed stays. Bodily fluids were on the cabinet below the TV.

It is filthy and smells like cigarettes and marijuana everywhere. Even in our non-smoking room, that's all we could smell. The floors didnt look vaccummed in the room or the hallway and there was a roach in the shower. We had to change rooms after the first night because the bathroom sink didn't drain, the toilet ran all night, and the bed was a back breaker. My husband and I kept rolling into the center and it was very lumpy. The front desk gentleman was pleasant but seemed very 'oh well' about our concerns.

Not very pleasant. Toilet lid/seat was broke, Inslid side to side when I dat on it. Then i yried to call downstairs to the front desk but phone was not on service. Personal informed me that the "janitor needs to fix it". Then my remote control to the television was not working, etc...after checking out I could not even get a receipt for my records, copier was broke. Yeah, not a good experience. I should not have paid as much as I did to stay there. I will be sure to mention to my friends what a wonderdul stay I had at the Red Roof Inn in Round Round, Texas

Place smells like marijuana all down the hallways, the heater didn't work and when I asked to be switched rooms, they send me to a room that hasn't been cleaned from the last person that was there. From there the solution was to get an extra thick blanket to weather the cold weather. Zero recommendations from me

I came in for 2 nights for a business convention. I got there at 1 AM on my check-in night. The lock on my door did not work. The Tv did not work in the room. The phone did not work.
