Overall, my stay was successful. It was nice n quiet. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was in a good area. Convenient close to the freeway. Easy to find. Well lit parking lot.

The refrigerator could have been cleaned out more and it wasn’t cooling completely. The rooms could be cleaned more thoroughly. We found an empty hormone pill package under the mattress. TV’s should be upgraded to smart tv’s. Wi-Fi connection was slow.

This is a decent room setup but a challenging location because of Texas practices and frontage roads

No breakfast, only coffee. Okay but not the best.

My door would not recognize any key that they made so I had to have a staff member open the door for me any time I was locked out. That limited my ability to comfortably come and go. Fortunately, the staff was helpful as needed. Secondly, there was no parking outside my room.

Ever again

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Housekeeping entered my room at 930 without knocking or announcing themselves after I stepped out of the shower. I had no clothes on as she opened the door and looked in. I called the front desk who treated me as if my complaint was not valid. Never been more humiliated and violated in my life. Will never stay with them again

Room was filthy. Hair and dirt of some kind in the tub. Towels were dirty. Bedding was fine

The bathroom floor was coming up. When I went and told them the heater wasn't working. They said I could check out because it was after 11 am I told them. The room was cold never got warm. So I had to deal with it because it was non refundable.
