The room was perfect. Even had both a mini fridge and microwave which sometimes are not found in some places. I only stayed one night but needed a wonderful hot bath and comfortable bed after a day of moving. Both tub was large and clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I also liked that they had other streaming options I could log into with my account and not just the 300 channels and nothing on . I didn't wake up early enough to get the breakfast. The facility itself was beautiful and the lobby was so beautiful I felt like I was at some resort. Only interacted with the gentlemen that checked me in but he was very friendly and helpful. I would definetly stay there again.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing. The pictures online are completely misleading. I felt bamboozled.

The front desk was rude and did not have the knowledge or awareness of what was going on in the hotel. The rooms were nasty and not clean. It reeked of someone smoking cigarettes and other things.

Disappointed

Check in was more complicated than it should of been. Lady couldn't find my booking, when she did. She had mistakenly given it to someone else. I was given a different room. I make it to the room door with all my bags just to have my key not work. Im pretty sure the room was occupied already. Walk back to front desk with a hot humid lobby after a long day is very frustrating. When I finally make to my room the only good thing was the ac was on. Which also leaks so by morning there was a lake in my room. It was cheap but but motel 6 is way better. That's saying allot.

The loctaion.

The room gad blood on the walls, handrails are rusted out, door handles broke and the electrical shorted out in the room as soon as you turned on the microwave. Asked for a new room, that one was just as bad and the desk clerk stated everyone had complained about the electrical. If we could have canceled and moved hotels that night we would have. Wasn't worth paying for.

The floors and tub were not properly cleaned the tv kept messing up i walked a little bit and could feel stuff on the floor and my feet were pretty dirty. The bed frame and mattress sunk in the middle and was kind of uncomfortable i had to sleep on the other end. Plug wouldnt stay in the outlet had to wrap my cord around lamp that parts kept falling off

Simply Amazing

The front of this hotel is misleading but you walk in, I swear it’s a whole new place. From the lobby, to the breakfast area, inside patio is beautiful. Now the tub in the room is like a mini pool. I love everything about this hotel.

Air conditioner did not work. It was 100 degrees in Austin that day. No other rooms were available. Maintenence could not come until the next day. We had to leave and find another hotel. The room lock was broken. The room and grounds were just run down.
