If it weren't for my first time experiencing Texas I would have certainly changed my.acxomadations.

Better operating bathroom plumbing- outdated Showerheads were filthy! Exercise equipment 2 out of 3 was Out of order. Elevator dirty.

Once I got over the look of the hotel and got to my room I was okay with the decision I had made.

I liked my room, you can tell it has a had an makeover. Reasonable price for the 1 bedroom suite I had.

The main areas; front lobby, breakfast area & halls felt very gloomy. Needs to be brighter with more natural lighting.

Only reason I booked this appointment is to accommodate for four people. Space is good

Property is outdated and poorly managed. No door was opening or closing properly in the unit. Furniture was old and broken. Sharp metal pieces were sticking out of the couch, I cut my finger on it trying to unfold the couch. Overall, needs and upgrade one or new management.

The layout of the rooms was nice

The air conditioning did not work. Was eventually switched to a different room at 1 am after sweating for ever. The new room did not have a tv in the main bedroom, which sucked. It looks to have been stolen because there were hookups. The toliet in the other bathroom did not flush. There were groups of teenagers running wild all over the hotel. They were so loud and did not like sharing the pool area. The elevator was questionable. The stairway was filthy. Most of the hotel was filthy and run down. I have stayed in numerous staybridge hotels in many locations but this particular one was very disappointing and had it been my first time at a staybridge it would be my last.

It’s super picky but the air conditioner was a bit noisy, but on the bright side we just thought of it as a sound machine. That or we were too tired to care anymore.

It was a good place to lay our head for the night.

Close to our destinations

The ladies at the front desk were kinda snooty we were the only ones checking in. It was shift change from the looks of it. The lady leaving was pleasant the other lady was frustrated from the start. Took them 15 min to discuss a draw change and their bloopers. Then the one lady left for the day. Then the other lady told us to be patient and walked to the other then she was eating something came back out with her mouth full of food and said okay so you’re checking in. We said yes, then we gave her our reservation info. Said well that room isn’t ready I will have to move you rooms. Which was okay it was the same value. Then when we got to our room paint was peeling above the vanity big chunks and had one washcloth the drain in the bathroom had the stopper out sitting in the tub.

Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, kept very clean, wide shower.

Breakfast service was very friendly but the food selection and quality was VERY poor... After the first day, I only went down for coffee and fruit bars, all else was pretty bad. The furniture looked a bit old / stained in the inside of drawers.

Room was missing a shower curtain. Only had 3 towels for 6 guests. Clothes from previous guests were in the couch and drawers. Coffee pot was dirty. No one came to room with fresh towels or anything. All three soap dispensers were empty. Outlet in kitchen did not work. Room keys given to people without verifying if they were our guest. Items charged to our room without verification that we stayed in that room. Overall poor experience. Staff who were there never seemed to leave. This is more of an owner issue than a staff issue if they are being over worked.
