Pay to park & for wifi. Bed was hard.

Once we got to the property we were instructed it was $12.99 to parking the hotel parking lot, it WAS NOT included in the price you already pay to stay. If you do not pay it, they charge your room $80!!! WiFi was NOT FREE. It was $7. Can’t believe Marriott has resorted to such money grabs. While $20 is not a lot, I was completely blind sided by those additional charges. Furthermore, the bed was SO HARD. Not worth the price.

It was very clean, safe, and I loved the fact that there was a paved sidewalk to walk in the mornings.

I wasn’t happy that I paid for my room with one card no problem. When we got there they needed a card for room service and incidentals. No problem, however they placed a $430 hold on my card for the incidentals and room service. Seems excessive, considering the room service was only $138.

It looked presentable and spacious. It made us feel welcoming.

I don’t like the price for our stay there. I don’t like that people have to pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be included with however many days we choose to stay.

1. The pet fee was exorbitant . I paid $140 for the room and the pet fee (declared last minute) was $150 2. Booking site said there is a king bed and a double bed . However, the hotel said they don't know what the "third party site marketed" and all they had was a pull out sofa and it was horrible to sleep on. 3. The king bed was in a terrible shape. I ended up having a back pain after sleeping on it 4. The trash receptacles were not lined . We had a tough time putting away the trash. 5. No free Wifi - Surprise !! They charge about $7 for 24 hours for providing Wifi 6. The people at the reception desk were not ready to smile or be pleasant . It felt like they were doing us a favor by providing us accommodation for free

Budget hotel good for a few night stay when all you need is a bed.

Housekeeping is limited to making the bed. Moreover, I found a roll of plastic bags (used for the bins) under my blanket. I found this as I wanted to sleep and my feet felt something unusual. Pretty unpleasant. Bathroom is ancient.

Austin Marriott North was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed ourselves & will come back.

The room was nice, comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the indoor pool and working out in the fitness center. The entire hotel smelled wonderful and we enjoyed the complimentary citrus water. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
