Overall decent room

Nice spacious room. Bathroom was large, amenities are nice too.

Double bed booked was overbooked so my daughter had to sleep on pullout couch that feels like springs in king suite. Mattress is bad. Breakfast was cold as soon as it was put out, but I just took to room and warmed in microwave. Also housekeeper on day of check out didn't give me time to answer door and entered room with her key at 11:36am. Check out is noon.

Great Hotel for the Price In the South Round Rock/North Austin Area

The staff was friendly and conversational. The rooms were large and nicely organized. Specially, the rooms had a very long countertop and dual desk area layout I hadn’t seen in other hotels. They provided enough towels! The breakfast was a bit better than other free breakfasts because the eggs were real (had yolks) were not the normal scrambled mush. We will definitely return when visiting family.

we thought paying 170$ for a room in Austin would be enough to book a great room for our family and we landed with horrible mattresses and two queen beds in a same long room with the couch, window to watch the parking lot and itchy bedsheets. first time I see 3 so soft small pillows to each bed.

The location was surrounded by food and places to shop. Its right by the highway and easy to get to where we needed to go. Room was spacious and always cold, which we loved!

A relaxing home away from home.

Everything was great, from the friendly staff, to the room itself, and breakfast in the morning was delicious! Very clean & comfortable. Loved how the room had a kitchen & living room space. Pool area was also very nice. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

The keys to our room did not work.Andrew was in charge of the Hotel and did an outstanding job changing the battery on the door lock so we could use the room. He was dealing with other patrons problems at the same time and did an excellent job.The property is in decline and overpriced.We are not staying here again.

The location was great. The staff was great. The pool was awesome to relax.

The breakfast wasn't hot. The waffles were great. Would have like some bacon and some bakery items. Also maybe some flavor coffee creamer. But it was enough to eat for sure. Also the ice machine was broke on my floor. 5th floor

The full kitchen is wonderful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Staff was fabulous!

The only thing I would suggest is that they include conditioner in the shower. Shampoo and body wash were there, but no conditioner.

Okay, but needs some work to be great.

The room was very spacious, and there was a lot of storage options for four adults traveling together. We liked the little efficiency kitchen as well. The couch and desk area were also a nice touch. Had the curtain been in place as shown on the website this would have been a great separated area. The location was good and it was easy to get to. The continental breakfast was great as well, and the staff were overall friendly.

Our room was not very clean. Unfortunately, the shower walls were dirty when I took a shower that evening after arriving. We also had pretty sparse linens on the beds, but that ended up being okay because the air wasn't working well and we stayed warm the whole time. It never really got below 73 and it just seemed hot especially in the bathroom. The curtain dividing the living and sleeping areas was not in place so changing required a bathroom visit. That's not a big deal unless someone was in there getting ready or showering etc. It could have been better if some of these things were addressed, but it was just okay as it was.

The room was very dusty. You could see where carpet freshener was sprinkled over the carpet and vacuumed to mask the musky odor along with dust. I pulled back the partition for bedtime and it was dusty as well.
