The reason for one star is because room was extremely dirty, sheets and towels were dirty with visible stains. Splash of blood was on the wall by the thermostat. Room smelled terrible. Shower wall had hair on it. Basically, no one has ever cleaned that room! Walls had large dirty stains on them with a lot of chipped paint, sprinkler head had been pulled off the wall, but never repaired. Bed headboards were extremely dirty! Elevator had a broken sign taped to the door. Don’t waste your time, this place is not worth considering!! Extremely disappointed with Wyndham!! Where are your policies for cleanliness and maintaining basic operational standards as a corporation? Hopefully someone will be inspired to clean those rooms!

It was decent for a one night stay. I had eggs, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The room was clean but the elevator did break when I was there, even once, when I was trying to go up, which lowered the star. Luckily leaving I was only on the 2nd floor. I did like the room had a microwave and fridge. If I stayed longer, that would have been helpful.

The room and location of the hotel was great. However the bathtub didn't have a stopper to take a bath. We had to move to a different room for a tub that worked.

Check in was good the breakfast was very good but the room was in need of some wotk . The carpet was worn and the bathroom walls were patched but not painted . I picked this hotel because it had laundry facilities but the dryer was not working and had been out of order for some time .

Easy to park never struggled to find a spot and I like how they have doors on the side so after I parked I could use my room key to enter that way instead of having to dig all the way around to the front. The room was clean and had everything that was listed in the price. The ac worked great. Over all I was very pleased with my stay here I have no complaints

Overall the property was decent for the price and I would stay again. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and you can tell he’s been in the hospitality industry for years he’s a great person to have greeting guests. His name escapes me but very nice and helpful. The room was nice, bed was about 3.5 stars could be better for sure but fair value for the price point.

Property was clean, check in took longer than expected but clerk was very efficient and friendly with those waiting for assistance. Not sure why I was able to check in online but had to recheck in at the desk - better communication between the app and actual location may be of better use. Elevator is a bit scary, needs some service. Overall a good stay, breakfast had good options and it was very clean.

Elevator was not working. Rooms available only in 3rd floor. During checkin I was told about the elevator and if wanted to stay ?? . Why was this not inform at least the day before. Not on a Friday when checkin in, and room paid days before. The elevator is being out of order for some days. The was fine but instead of an AC it was an air blower. Put it at 60, and it was on all night but no cold air. Did not tell anything to staff as there was no other room available as I was infired when check in.

Apparently the elevator has been unavailable since January. However, they don’t tell you that until it’s the day you check in and it’s too late to cancel your reservation and find a more appropriate hotel. The desk clerk was very kind and helpful and carried our luggage upstairs. Unfortunately, the room we got was dirty. There was damage to the walls. The carpet was filthy, and the air conditioner was barely functioning and moldy. We will not return to this property ever.
