Loved all the games in the lobby. The bar was awesome.

We’ve only stayed here twice. And both times we were put in room 220 that is right beneath the gym and we were unable to sleep past 7 AM because of the noise.

The Aloft was a nice, clean place in a good location, but they need some better pillows.

The room was nice and I like that I was able to be trusted with a real thermostat (meaning, not one that turns on the heat if you bump the temperature up more than 2 degrees).

The pillows were like clouds. Which sounds nice until you try to sleep on them; all the contents separate to the ends and it feels like there's nothing there. Stacking another one top somehow makes it feel like there's 3 of them under there.

Don’t stay in room 100

Parking, location and ease of check in. The bed was comfortable

Do not stay in room 100… because room 100 is right by the door that leads to the lobby, in room 100 you hear every door opening and closing… it is ridiculously LOUD. I am not exaggerating when I say I didn’t get any sleep… I was up all through the night! Staff was very uninterested in us and never even said hello except during check in

Hotel room was dirty. There were boogers on the wall near the thermostat, hair and dirt on the floor. Room wasn’t cleaned properly every other day and we stayed for an entire week.

I did not get to stay at the room I booked due to over booking of the hotel. Had to stay next door, which threw off the overall experience and my plans of enjoying the enmities.

Disappointing

The hotel kept authorizing charges on my credit card everyday. When I would ask the staff about it, I was always told we don't know for sure why that is happening but they are not charges, just authorizations. It was different amounts everytime and I hadn't charged anything to the room. I kept watching my credit card and 2 days after I checked out some of the charges/authorizations were credited back to my card. It took until 4 days after I checked out that my card was finally charged the correct amount and credited all of the authorizations that were never used. Eventually everything ended up as it should have but it was bothersome that for the 4 nights that I was there and for 4 days after I checked out, there were all these holds on my credit card that non of the staff could explain.

Will stay here again for SB!

It was so clean and a breath of fresh air to travel to relax for spring break. So many activities downstairs for entertainment and the whole staff was amazing to the front desk to the house keeping. It was ten minutes from the kalahari resort we were down to Check out and all the best restaurants close by and the H‑E‑B.
