First it should say it's a motel not a hotel, secondly Person at the front desk gave me keys for room 117 which was at the end of all rooms its lock was bad it never opened she told me twice to look for room when I finally found it I went back becoz of bad lock never opened. She gave me next room 118. It's window curtains were put in a way they could never close properly. Outside on the stairs there was a person smoking something so that was quiet scary with a gap in window curtains and a stranger is outside sitting. I checked out in half an hour. Never coming back to this place

The bathtub. The handle was off of the wall and sitting on the side of the tub and the wall plate was taped up, and the drain plug for the tub was also pulled out and on the side of the tub.

Biting Fleas in my room

Nothing after I got bit multiple times by fleas

I stayed a week and 2nd to last night I realized there was a flea infestation in my room and was getting bit repeatedly. I got bit 20-30 times all over my body with lasting scars now. After I left they only gave me equivalent of 1 day back refund and said the exterminator did not find any issues. I have a whole body worth of bites and even pics of the bugs which they weren’t interested in. Most of the bites happened on my legs and now I can’t wear shorts bc of the scars. Not recommended bc they did not properly handle my concern.

Good budget option

Location was great, as it was close to many restaurants and points of interest in Round Rock. Room was clean and comfortable. I've seen some reviewers complain about the noise from the highway but personally it didn't bother me since I'm used to it back home. I really liked that the TVs allowed for easy casting from the streaming apps on my phone. I didn't get to use the feature but it's a nice touch.

This really isn't their fault, but some of the guests seemed a bit sketchy. While I was walking to the lobby to check out, a woman who seemed to be either under the influence or experiencing a mental health episode told me not to get near her and walk another way (I was walking in her direction), so I did. Other times it seemed there was some loitering going on in the parking lot, and I'm not entirely sure if they were guests at the hotel either. Thankfully I wasn't put into any dangerous situations and kept my distance from them coming in and out of my room, but I hope that security or management can keep a closer eye on this.

The floor had many stains that clearly could be gotten up with a steam cleaner very easily. The sheets had a few stains on them that were bothersome to look at. There was hair in the shower (it was clean already); it must have been underneath the shower curtain when it was cleaned.

Don’t sleep in filth, so wasted $72 and left room as was. Went to holiday inn and slept.

The room was dirty had alcohol bottles all over the place, candy wrappers on the bed trash as fool no soap or towels. Asked manager to offer another room said they couldn’t so we left and got another hotel down the road. A waste of 72 dollars

No towels or toiletries in our room. Had to ask front desk for them. Next night we came back to our room and our towels (which we had hung up) were gone and they had not replaced them. Again had to ask front desk for towels. Ridiculous. Breakfast was unappetizing and meager. Will not return.
