We always travel as a family and Home2 Suites by Hilton is our must stay hotel. Great facilities, always a friendly staff and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from and its always being replenished. We really enjoyed our stay in Round Rock.

Very quick checkin. We upgraded to a suite so we had plenty of room. The bathroom was very spacious and had plenty of towels. Breakfast was what you would expect but was well stocked. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Digital key card and an actual keycard continued to not work in the elevator. Causing us to be stuck many times. Then the door lock just stopped working all together and we couldn’t get in the room. Other than that everything was pretty standard. Nothing special.

I like the bright hallway to my room. The breakfast was very nice. WiFi was good and room was very quiet. I like how your soaps are in pump bottles instead of those little hand soaps that other hotel use, which I feel is wasteful. I would definitely come back.

My stay was pleasant overall; however, I experienced a few inconveniences. The internet was not working, and the TV required me to log in with my own account. Additionally, I noticed some hair near the faucet, there was no toilet rod for the toilet paper, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided at first, though they later brought two more.

Enjoyed the stay the only thing is the breakfast was only tell 9:30 and I tried getting coffee downstairs and it was water downed and my coffee machine in my room did not work and I’m a coffee person so I wake up and it’s coffee. But the room was great.

The bed smelled musty, there was a weird window above the bad that meant light in my face overnight, bad lighting in the bathroom, supposed to be a suite but no stove and set up like one big room, breakfast was so-so

I stayed here for four nights and it was TERRIBLE. Arriving to the room there was a machine left there to deodorize the room (no big deal). Called the front office and they asked I take it downstairs. I thought they should’ve come to pick it up only because it makes it look unprofessional. I traveled with 3 young kids (7,5, &1) and I can’t begin to describe how BLACK their feet/socks were from walking in the carpet inside the room. It was TERRIBLE. I called the front desk to ask if my carpet could be cleaned. Room service was coming every other day is what I was told. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Another phone call had to be made and was told they ran out but they would look. The front desk was always attentive in trying to fix the problems. It was just an inconvenience on having to call multiple times for things that should come standardized when booking a room. Breakfast was OK and nothing special. Had to keep asking the ladies to refill things even though it should just come as part of their job on constantly checking the items. Breakfast was waffles, toast, biscuits, eggs, cereal, and bagels. Orange juice came out looking weird. Multiple people would get a cup and end up emptying it of just because the color was very off. This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my years of traveling. If someone you could upload pictures I’d show just how black my child’s feet were. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The toilet seat was falling off, our bed made lots of loud creaky noises, the conditioner was empty, and the air consonance a lot of noise. Thank goodness we weren’t in the room much. Not impressed and will never go back. The only positive was the staff was very nice.

When we checked in the room was dirty. We had to ask for another room. They clean the rooms every other day and our room was only cleaned once and we stayed 7 days. The day it was supposed to be cleaned, someone had put a do not disturb sign on the door so that it wouldn’t be cleaned. Breakfast could be better, not enough food. People would be waiting for food.
