we were charged $20 extra because we had 4 people in our room. No where did it say only 2 guests per room out there will be an extra charge. Everywhere I stay you pay for the room according to bed size. We had 2 queen beds. There were only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the room. It took the front desk 20 minutes to check me in n

Awful place

Stayed there one night when i booked online for three more days and it went through the manager on shift tired to charged me more for my children the same children i stayed there the night before with and he looked me in my face and told me my kids who I'm legally responsible for and in the eyes of the the law are children, he told your kids aren't really kids(WTH) and they charged you a $100 dollar deposit which I feel should make you aware of that before you book the room. Awful experience just from him telling me and my children that they aren't kids

I like the room accommodations I like the breakfast that you guys served I enjoyed talking to management to handle some issues that was on the property and they handled those problems for me thank you

when I arrived and got my room I've noticed that the room had another occupants that was climbing on the wall between the two rooms at the at the separation of the doors but I informed the management the following day and they handle the issues by giving me another room

Dirty carpet in the room, cigarette burns on comforter and bathtub, sticky and dirty remote control (TV), Loose tiles in the bathroom, Bar soaps ( stuck in the 80s ), No fart fan (vent) in the bathroom, paint pealing off the ceiling in the bathroom, Elevator was always dirty.

1. You say it is a non-smoking hotel well as soon as you enter the hotel and any floors it smells like straight marijuana. 2. The fourth night we were staying there our front license plate was stolen off our vehicle. 3. No one came and clean our room , we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. 4. People were slamming doors and having parties late 3 clock in the morning. 5. Ac in the room barely worked 6. Washer and dryers were not clean. 7. The outside was horrible and dirty. So we are not so happy with our stay.
