Wonderful.

The size of the rooms were quite big. I loved the fact that you can cook yourself a meal if you want.

The only issue I had is the laundry room. It requires you to install an app to pay for laundry: it’s an unnecessary hassle and I feared data breach from these apps could happen. That’s why I ended up not using the laundry machine and did my laundry by hand.

Gross/Unhealthy.

One evening lady was super sweet

Floors were gross felt like they were never vacuumed. Air/heat unit had mold, fold out couch still had crumbs folded inside, and clothes from other people. Dishes in cabinet looked used. Fridge had water puddled inside (even wiped out myself, came back) Asked about a different room and had to add another night due to famliy things while 800 miles away from home. Was told I couldn't switch, and they wanted to charge me a minimum two nights to re do my stay due to booking on a 3rd party site and wanted another 150 deposit if I did. Was very unhappy to stay here will not be going back. Also whole place smelt of weed. I get its "legal" up there but not famliy friendly inside the whole place. 2rd floor* pics of mold in air vent. Woke up face puffy and headaches everyday while staying. I do not recommend this place at all. Only plus was the lovely evening lady who tried to make things better. Side note they need to update all 4 of their first aide kits*

Pleasant Accomodations

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is older but clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. There were food options nearby and a Walmart. There is an on site laundry facility.

You have to join the Sonesta travel club or you are charged $5 dollars a day for parking. This is not included in the description on booking. com. Joining is free but you get a lot of emails.

I want a refund

I would like a refund the picture was nothing like what I was given I was called the room that was in the picture that I thought I was getting sold out. I immediately checked back out and went to another hotel. I would like a refund for false advertisement. I have all the pictures. In the pictures is the room online that I thought I was booking and the photos from my phone are of the room we were giving becouse they didn’t have anymore rooms like that

The location was good, staff was polite

The halls have a weird smell, the carpets were dirty and had a lot of debris. The room was disgusting! The mattress on the pull out couch was so stained and gross we couldn't ( wouldn't) use it. Plus there was no bedding for it even if we wanted to. The floors were dirty, microwave dirty and furniture had a ton of stains. Luckily we were only there overnight about 8 hours and made the best of it but you couldn't pay me to stay here again. The pictures and ratings online were very misleading and shall I say a scam. Very disappointed.

Excellent stay and great value for money

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom along with the standard toiletries. I loved the large room area, especially the kitchen area which came with all the necessary cutlery, cooker, fridge and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable and clean.

That chair is very uncomfortable. They say it’s non smoking but not true. Someone was smoking and my entire room smelled like smoke. The latest check-in I’ve ever had.

The room was nice

Our room was by the back door and someone kept propping it open and people were coming in and out all night. There was a group of people drinking and fighting in the BBQ area which was right by our windows. I would not recommend this place or stay here again. We left earlier then we wanted because we did not feel comfortable

The staff made the experience great. Each one that I engaged with was warm, cheerful and helpful. They were very responsive to any concern that was presented to them. They also spoke to me as if I was the most valued person in the room.

Nice location, comfortable apartment like room.

Loved our room. Was happy to have a kitchen with full size frig. The frig had an ice maker too!! The water pressure in the shower was heavenly too.

My husband's key kept erasing, he got locked out of the building Sunday morning, so he used the phone outside the enterence to call front desk and the lady wouldn't help him out. I mean, she could have asked the name the room was under and confirmed info before opening the door for him.
