Nice staff and comfortable and clean

The bed was the only comfortable part of the room.

I had to move out of the first room given to me because the tv was inoperable, when I got to the second room 1 tv was inoperable the other tv was speaking in Spanish background along with english, the kitchen floor was sticky and not clean, the coffee pot was not clean and nasty looking, the utensils were filthy, the shower head was not functional and even if I wanted coffee there was no sugar or complimentary things to go with the coffee, this room needs an inspection before letting a customer use it.Very

The room was big and pretty well equipped. Dated but good enough! Bed was comfy though a bit worn on one side. Good internet. Grounds wee-kept. Front desk very friendly and check-in was easy. Ample parking. Bottom line: fine with a great rate!

Definitely dated. Lots of dings in paint. Dishes and silverware was OK but not much of it. When I arrived it was in the dishwasher but I ran it again just in case. TV noise carried between rooms/floors.

Everything. The suite was filthy. The couch and chair in the living room need completely replaced, along with a lot of the furniture inside. Dog food on the floor, food left behind in the cabinets, kitchen table and chairs were sticky and dirty, bed side tables had cup rings all over them, and little girls underwear fell out of one of the drawers I opened.

The location and staff were great, except when I asked for adjoining rooms, we were given two rooms down the hall instead.

The tub and toilet were dirty. I had to buy cleaning products to clean them and I could see the dirt being removed, the bed linen was absolutely disgusting! As I flipped the cover, there were dried blood stains and a clump of bloody tissue dried up inside of it. I had a 7 year old cancer patient with me and had to buy clean blankets for him to sleep under! I was outdone!

I didn’t like that the deadbolt could not ve locked. Looked like someone possibly broke the door frame because you could see into the room at the from the door frame. Overall the place looked sketchy. There’s no smoking but it smelled so bad of cigarettes and weed.

The room was like a mini apartment. It had everything I needed at a great rate. The staff was extremely helpful and hospitable.

Little problem with the toilet in my room. Had to keep addressing the chain in the container.

Bed not made right, only one toilet paper was given for a whole week, I requested for only one toilet paper, I was told that I have to pay $10 just for one toilet paper. That is absolutely absurd.

The lady at the front desk was very nice

I didn't enjoy my stay here at all, the toilet in my room was clogged My boyfriend had to get a plunger from a housekeeper he saw in the hallway after walking to the front desk to find out the office was closed. It worked but we had to plunge it every time we would use the toilet. The bed had a huge dip in the middle it's sagged at the foot of the bed I slept horrible I'm not a small woman there are sometimes during the night when I toss and turned hoping that I didn't break anything especially since they took a deposit for me The bed was so raggedy. The microwave that have men's at stalls in the kitchen was so close to the wall that you could hardly open the door because it was wedged so tight to the wall there were times I put full containers in the microwave and I had to turn it sideways because the door would only open so far without the fear of breaking the door or maybe putting a hole in the wall. I felt like it could have been cleaner I immediately noticed debris in the soap dish in the restroom and the bath tub looked like it may have been painted and now the paint is wearing off and peeling away so it makes the bottom of the tub look dirty and it definitely doesn't feel good under your wet bare feet. I used to stay here a very long time ago for leisure it was under another name then it's been some time but I will never come back.The stay was absolutely horrible not to mention all of the people in and out of the hallways the music people parking lot smoking and drinking and playing loud music from their cars made me feel very uncomfortable luckily my boyfriend was with me so I didn't feel so unsafe but if I were alone I don't know if I could have stayed here. I didn't even complete my stay and left Friday evening around 8:30 when I had a two-day booking.

Check in process was easy and I was able to get a room early. Staff are very informative and helpful.

Missing paper towel rolls, defective bathroom door knobs, childrens chalk stains on furniture. Hair dryer was also missing but I was able to attain a new one at the front desk.

Sam the manager was super nice and professional. Most of the staff were also very nice and professional, however, some were ignorant and even rude. Internet 🛜 wasn’t working properly - speed would drop to 0.45Mbps most of the time. So the manager offered me to work from business center and he said I can close the door 🚪 and it’s quiet 🤫 but when I was working there the receptionist and her friend who was sanding at the other end of the lobby were cracking jokes and laughing loudly. When I told them I am in a meeting 📅 and if they can be quiet 🤫 a bit “This is lobby!”, was all the receptionist told me. Electric cooktop doesn’t regulate. No matter you put high or low it’s the same temperature. Microwave smells and the light didn’t work. Noise - Floors are old and you can hear every step above you from the ceiling. They were kind enough to change my room to the top floor (no one above me). However, the toilet 🚽 would not flush in this room even if you just wanted to flush the water 💧. They offered me to change the room again. I have an injury and why I told them I cannot move again, they did not offer any help although several big and healthy people were working in the hotel. So I stayed and Sam the manager fixed the broken toilet. Smoke detectors don’t work! It may be cheaper by $7-8 per day, but if you are working and need internet 🛜 and want peace of mind, despite the manager being Super nice and professional, it’s not worth staying in this hotel. Screen on the windows had big holes in it and I had to fight a big wasp 🐝 which entered the room. Location is conveniently closed to Walmart and TimHortons coffee shop.

Dirty, cheap bedding, no breakfast but breakfast is advertised, front desk leaves at 9 so if you have an issue it will have to wait until the next day. Housekeeping sucks. Crackhead stay there

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LOVE THE STAFF. I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT AND LOVE FOR THE MANAGER. HE IS AWESOME. EVERYONE THERE TREATS YOU LIKE U ARE FAMILY.

didn’t really like looking for a working remote, didn’t like the buzzing sound coming from the kitchen lights and also don’t serve breakfast in the morning

The room was very home like and very comfortable I like that it got it own little kitchen area make u feel like u in a Minnie apartment.

O didn't like that fact that the customers would come n steal the dishes n then when the next person that come n rent the room out we get no dishes to cook out of. Like I just went thru that like.
