Worst Travel Experience I've Encountered

I liked NOTHING

I Didn't like any of it. The whole facility needs to be closed and totally renovated and exterminated We checked in and immediately checked right back out. After a long 5 hour drive to town. We walked into a foul smelling hotel. With dirty floors and carpet. And once we made it to our room, we turned on the lights and were greeted by ROACHES crawling everywhere. So we had to go look.for somewhere else to stay for our holiday weekend at 12:30 at night after already paying to stay here. To top it off, I have to fight to get a FULL REFUND of my money back. Booking needs to take this place off its sight and this place needs to do better and stop taking people money to stay in this poorly run hotel.. I've never experienced an EXTENDED STAY HOTEL like this before. Then they had no dishes or pots and pans in the rooms. Found this out before we went to our room.

Details on booking said breakfast was offered.I stayed here last year and loved it. Management has changed and has definitely gone downhill. When I took dirty towels to desk to get clean ones, was told $1.75 for each set of clean towels. No breakfast. Had to buy plates, cups or silverware and pans because they no longer supplied them. Motel didn't contact me to say policies had all changed. Fortunately Walmart close by. This place sucks!

Horrible, petty, passive aggressive, loud, smelly, and cramped.

Small, cramped. Nothing to like.

Cleanliness, front door staff, rude hostile old black woman at the front desk giving us hostility and attitude after walking in and asking about our room 30 minutes early. Tried to fight with me verbally and even threatened me with “I ain’t scared of nobody I have a .22 and a .44” will never stay here again and the old woman at the front desk needs to be fired.

The staff was very nice.

The room was dirty, and we had to wait for two half hours after check-in to get our room, and there was no soap, Shampoo, or Towels, in the room, thank god we had our own soap, and I had to go to the front desk to get towels. After cleaning the room ourselves everything was ok then.

the location is good near shops and everything else you might need when you are away from home. i even found a couple of nice pairs of emergency shoes and a quick trip to my gym for a massage. my tub was oversized because it was a disability access accommodation.

blood. something that looked like blood on the sheets and what might be hives on my arms and legs a couple days later. also one of my towels was obviously dirty. accommodations could have been better. also the door looked like it had been beat in more than once leaving an obvious gap. i could see into the hallway.

The staff was nice

New rules as far as guests, services and rooms. No more breaks, take your own trash out, room was dirty like food particles everywhere, microwave nasty, toilet still dirty from previous guest and as I’m sitting on the couch I see a black sock right under the front of the bed. It’s loud, seems to be an apartment building instead of a hotel, no carpet so you can hear walking and running all night.

The Price

It was filthy. Hallways reeked of idk what. Shower curtains disgusting and dirty along with bath tub, Towels had stains on them, bed sheets smelled as if they hadnt been washed but sprayed down. Only reason I didn’t complain was due to checking in so late and being tired from an 8 hour flight oh did i mention the couch? EWWW! Staff was also rude .

Very sour experience. Save yourself the Money and all the trouble.

The entire place was disgusting. From the outside, to the reception area, to the halls, elevator, and even our room. The room we booked, way ahead of time I might add, was given away. They stuck us in a MUCH smaller room, with less beds. Drawers were literally falling off of dressers, there was crud on the chairs, the walls, and tables. Found several pills on the floor, so I know it wasn't vacuumed. The bed had hair on it from the previous people who stayed. No trash cans, no bathroom soaps, no kitchen utensils (description said it was all there. Pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups) every cupboard was entirely empty. Not even a coffee maker or ice bucket. Most plugs didn't even work. Very very overly loud residents. The smell of Marijuana was overwhelming. When I awoke in the middle of the night to all the noise, of screaming, yelling, music, people literally running up and down the hall fighting and banging on walls, and our door continuously... ALL I could smell was pot in our room. People didn't watch their children either. I picked up and brought back in a baby, from outside, that had just wandered out, in nothing but a soggy filled up diaper. I sat there with the little guy for more then 20 minutes. What would have happened had I not been there!? I've never had such a sour experience with a hotel stay. In the end, they refused to give a discount for the smaller room, with less beds. I've tried for weeks to get into contact with them, and not one returned call. Argued with booking.com about the issues and problems. Denying all. Absolutely disgusting establishment, inside and out.
