It’s a cheap motel, if you looking for a cheap quick stay I would recommend

Previously I would have recommended this facility but based on this recent stay I can not.

The improvements from the last time I stayed there were nice.

I stayed at this location a few years ago for a couple of months and I figured the price would have increased but in my opinion, the improvements that were made were not worth the extreme price increase. The door didn't lock securely when we left the room. It could be opened from outside with a hard shove. There was water on the floor in the bathroom every day even when the tub/shower wasn't used but I couldn't tell where it was coming from and water dripped from the ceiling vent so we got wet when using the toilet. When I told the front desk we were checking out I explained that we were in the process of moving and it was taking a little longer to get everything out of the room. They said no problem at first but then charged us for a full additional day. When we were completely out, there were MULTIPLE empty rooms available as well as we left the room very clean with more than enough time to change the bedding and toiletries for any new guest(s) if by chance ALL of the other rooms were suddenly reserved. I was on the 3rd floor facing east and saw more than 10 empty rooms on the east side alone as I was leaving. I understand there are policies but when the guest is communicating and not interfering with new business sometimes humanity should override.

Andrea went above and beyond to make sure I stay was the best from check in to check out we are from Chicago and we felt like we was at home I appreciate everything, Summer was so nice and sweet my cousin came down to get fresh coffee and she smiled and told us some tourists spots I love everything about my stay
