Room was spotless; did not use amenties or go down to breakfast, but the room was great.

Breakfast was ok. I don't use a/c in the winter. Very dis satisfied about my room. The room I originally reserved had a tub as I requested and we unpacked and got comfortable in it. Shortly after a very, large and noisy family was place in the room next to us. The loud talking, bumping around in the room and kids slamming doors and running in the hallway was very disturbing. The young man at the desk was there alone he said and nothing was done about the issue. I ended up having to move to another room a few doors down and could still hear them... this lasted well into late night. The noisy family should have been moved...not us! Other than this issue the hotel was good... I would stay again...

I booked one night through this platform, and the experience was so impressive that I immediately extended my stay through the hotel’s loyalty program. While this review technically covers just that initial booking, I feel compelled to share that my continued stay has far surpassed my expectations. The staff- both front and back of house were consistently outstanding. If my first night hadn’t been excellent, I certainly wouldn’t have stayed longer. Highly recommend giving them a try - you’ll find yourself extending too.

Returned from dinner to find hotel guests relaxing in the seatin area at the main entrance of the hotel. The quests were drinking beer and smoking marijuana, but otherwise minding their own business. The hotel appeared to be hosting a youth hockey team. The behavior of the guests was unacceptable, but clearly nothing the lone desk attendant was willing to address. I recommend removing the seating area if guests cannot stick to family friendly activities cannot be

Stayed here for the weekend when seeing a show at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater. Check in/out were quick and easy. Loved having the little store in the lobby for snacks and forgotten items. The hotel breakfast was good, wide variety of items. The bed was comfy and overall quiet even being on the first floor. The bathroom was clean but the carpets in the bedroom were not. Very dirty and we ended up having to walk around in our shoes as to not track the dirt into the bed.

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We saw Taj Mahal and Keb' Mo' past at The Masonic Temple downtown and two nights later The Counting Crows at the amphitheater. Very convenient for both locations. Nice pub just up the street - Malone's Tavern.

We had a decent stay. The only issues were that they texted us if we needed anything and we had run out of towels, so that’s what we stated and we didn’t get a response back. So I had to get some from the room attendant after I saw her down the hall. Also, the shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The staff was nice and helpful for the most part. The pool seemed to have too much chlorine but it was clean in the area and the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was also good.

Not so good experience. Although the hotel was clean, there were inconveniences throughout our room. The shades did not work so getting sunlight in was not an option. The sink in the bathroom kept stopping up and it took multiple request and over 24 hrs to get someone up to fix it. To make a bad situation worse. Our room Never got cleaned. We even called the desk and asked for the room to be cleaned and for clean towels and no one ever came. It’s safe to say that we spent three nights in this Hotel with trash and dirty towels, and a sink full of water. Also lots of noise from kids above us late at night all night, notified front desk and nothing was ever done! Because of the service. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone

The staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and smelled nice. We thought about swimming but ultimately decided not to due to time constraints. But I loved how they had fresh pool towels for use if you forgot one. The snack pantry was somewhat limited and kind of pricey. But you are very close to a gas station and other dining options. The free breakfast had a lot of options. I was incredibly impressed. Overall I would definitely book here again!
