Young African Americans are not welcome!

The location

The way me and my guests were treated when checking in. I was totally discriminated against due to my age and race. The receptionist made it clear he didn’t want to check me in due to other young people having incident involving the police. Which had nothing to do with me I was simply just trying to celebrate my 21st Birthday. House keeping also busted in every morning yelling- time for check out. Needless to say we booked for 3 nights and didn’t have on clothes when this happened. Staff was beyond unprofessional and clearly didn’t want us there.

You have to have wristbands to enter the pool , but my family couldn’t enjoy the pool because a lot of people with no wristbands took over . The jacuzzi was 16 year and older but little kids took over. The water was so dirty you could see the dirty on the suds. Check out morning I asked for clean towels and was told I had to turn in the dirty towels, she asked if I needed a couple. I stated I had 4 rooms with at least 12 people She walks in the office then come out and say she doesn’t have that many .

I would avoid it

Location

Called me the day of my reservation expecting me to call them back by 7:30pm or else my reservation would be cancelled. What kind of policy is that? Luckily we arrived shortly after 7:30 and they still had our original room, but I would have been very upset if they would have given our room away...what's the point of having a reservation if you're not going to keep it for the customer? Our balcony was not private and our neighbors were smoking weed from the time we checked in until at least 3:30am so we couldn't use our balcony at all. Fox News was on the huge TV at breakfast and made me lose my appetite for the barely mediocre food options. Pool and hot tub were overcrowded and water was gross looking and murky. We decided not to swim. Room wasn't very clean. Knobs and handles were sticky and there was yuck all over the carpet. Not good for a family with a curious 17 month old. Very disappointing experience. We will spend our $ elsewhere.

The prices was ok but the room was dirty tissue under the covers and etc and when I call down for staff it took four hours for someone to come up and they did not even clean the room just give me a flat sheet and pillow case and I had a king suite with balcony and remind you I booked this room on the 22 of may to the 24 And when my fiancé went down to request a full service clean the next morning after the 22nd On the 23rd, the housekeeper came up with attitude she did not want to clean the room, so my fiancé went and spoke with the manager instead of him, reimbursing us for the night or give us something off of a room

The cleanliness of my room , the day staff, being locked out the open and available pool which were main intentions of booking the room in first place, the undercooked sausages for breakfast, the lack of parking spots, the being locked out of building after having to park in the back and having to walk around entire building to the front to get back in. The loudness of other guest that were on our floor.
