I used to stay there all the time creating memories with my family on holidays. I would cook a big dinner and we would just sit back relax and enjoy each other's company. It's been three years since we've been there and wanted to rekindle some old memories. Never again will that happen. It's run down the first room I had, had bugs jumping out of the drain and feces was still in the toilet. Omg was I repulsed. The front desk clerk was very apologetically told me there were no more rooms. As it was New Year's Eve there weren't many other places I could go to. Also I have a couple health concerns so I definitely could not stay in that room. I went back to Agodas website where I managed to get another room but I had to pay for it also. So in total I paid for three rooms instead of two. My son was in a different room than me. The next room was just ok but my life partner came in cleaning because it to was not as clean as it could have been. We made it through the night but what started as a two day affair ended in a1 night affair. Needless to say there was not any cooking to be had. I woke up at in a chair and looked into the kitchen area to see water seeping from under the wall, heading straight to the refrigerator. By the time we were leaving there was a whole puddle in front of the fridge. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I've tried to download pictures but the website won't let me. It keeps saying it failed. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy. Thanks but no thanks

Very fast and efficient check-in and very clean hotel

The stuff is nice, but the corridors smell like pee. There is no breakfast included, no bbq as advertised and the room keys stop working out of the sudden, which can leave you outside of your room until stuff checks in.

I am in love with this app. It’s a very smooth process. Very legit. There is no catch or red flags. I will continue to use this app. I had a good time at My hotel stay also.
