Clean room, wonderful staff, breakfast plentiful and continously restocked and clean. Location great, many restaurants in the area. Easy in and out of parking area with our trailer.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff. There was some loud rowdy teenagers at least 12 in the hall way blocking stairs and elevator. I did not like that at all

Overall hotel was clean but service was slow and poor. We asked multiple times for change of sheets (2nd day stay) but they refused to change. I am not sure if it’s the policy to not change sheets till whole trip was over. Just slept with dirty sheets:(

Front desk service was ok and the room was a room. It was clean and it worked for what we needed. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. We went down with over an hour left for breakfast and a lot of it was out of stock. I was a little sad that I didn't get my hotel waffle. What made it worse was that the breakfast attendant was very rude to anyone who asked if there was more of something that was out. She kept hiding in the little prep room. She finally came out, probably still 30-40 minutes left for breakfast, and started tearing everything down. She even took away some stuff that was still stocked and yelled at anyone who was still trying to get food that they're out of food and breakfast was over. The hotel was packed, many there for a big concert nearby, so they should have been prepared for a large crowd coming down for breakfast. We were appalled by all of this and, I know it was just breakfast, but service is service and impressions make a difference. We will not be coming back to this location if we're in the area again.

The outside may make you think twice about your booking. However, once we stepped foot inside, the staff member was so kind and the rooms were very clean and neat! We had a toddler with us and it was the perfect stay for us!

The Comfort Inn was a lot better than other hotels in the area where I stayed before. More up to date and safer. The breakfast was just ok but nice to have access to.

The manager stop us from taking breakfast to our room said we had to eat in the dining area but let a lady walk right pass and go to her room with breakfast when I asked why he said they can't catch everyone o was so frustrated I left the breakfast on the counter her was really rude kept pointing at the sign saying follow the rules won't be going back here

We were greeted by a nice gentleman. He gave us our keys and we went to the room. We opened the door to an occupied room. Thank goodness no one was in there at the time. We went back to the front desk. The same gentleman was very apologetic and gave us a new room. The room wasn’t bad, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast the next day was very minimal.
