Toilet was dirty, actually had feces in it. Shower area had hair and dirt in it. Ceiling above shower was water stained and cracked, looked like it was going to fall in. Floor dirty. Fridge off balance and freezer fully caked with frost.Screaming kids next door, but we were told “no loud music”.

Honestly, there was very little to like about this property. The only positive was that it is located near the area where I had work, which made transportation easier. Other than the location, I did not have a positive experience during my stay.

Inhad a very disturbing and unsafe experience at this hotel. During my stay, I experienced bedbugs in the room. There is also an issue with the water quality—both hot and cold water appear contaminated. If you let the cold water sit in a clear glass, you can visibly see particles, and I have concerns about lead in the water.

There was a roach in my room. I tried calling the front desk and got no answer. The rags in the room had yellow residue on them, thank god we brought our own wash rags. The rub was dirty still. There was drywall on the floor from where the heater/ac is cracking

Price

The hotel randomly placed me on a DNR list and won't allow me to stay anymore, but won't advise why.? I have been a great patron of this hotel for 2 years now, I stay here about 7-14 days a month. I always travel alone, I never have issues. I never have been called or spoken to about any issues per the hotel management. I use to speak so highly of this hotel and do reviews but now all that has changed.

Awful, I was apprehension about staying there. But it was late.

There was no inside lock on the entrance door. Dirty bedding on bed.. The attendant had me pay cash, reason I don't know, seemed strange to me. Never paid cash for a room.

The bedding was dirty, the tub was stained, the chair was dirty, when you walk into the room, it smelled moldy, and the ceiling had mold in the bathroom. The walls were so thin, we heard other guests playing music all night and didn't get a good rest. It was nothing like the pictures!!! The beds were not the same. There were only muffins for breakfast.

It has a great location and friendly staff, but cleanliness was lacking. Suitable for a night or two.

The location is great. We attended a concert nearby and it was great.

It wasn't very clean. We noticed stains on the blanket and hair on the towels. Additionally, although the room was supposed to be smoke-free, there was an odor suggesting otherwise.

Taps, light switches coated in grime. Shower was saturated with soap scum and orange mold. Room smelled of marijuana. Walls had scuff marks. I went to Walmart and bought a bleach cleaner and and fabreeze. I cleaned the bathroom, shower and all switches and knobs. Disgusting!

The room had an unbearable odor, the furniture was stained and dirty in appearance; the molding on the walls was loose and hanging off, the bathroom tub/shower was filthy. I couldn't get a room on the 1st floor because the facility was completely booked and I'm clostrophobic but had to get on the tiny elevator to go to my 3rd floor room. I was terribly disappointed but it was too late to cancel the room.

Dirty

Dirty hair everywhere all over the bathroom all over the towels, nice than dirty cigarette butts everywhere, burnt out on the furniture dusty mirrors, nasty toilets, nasty only breakfast that they served that’s free is orange juice, coffee, tea, and muffins, but the price was great. The only thing they need to do is clean sanitize bathroom tub needs to be reglazed rule neighbors above they say no after music after a certain time no running no noise and my last day was terrible. The neighbors helped me up all day and night, and I had to be at work the next day.
